Great place for a quick stop for breakfast with an awesome view. This place has the best homemade bagels I’ve ever tasted!!! They are also huge! They don’t just have bagels they have other options, too. Pictured is the chocolate chip bagel and cinnamon delite both with honey butter. Also, a caramel macchiato. Would definitely visit again, the bagels are insane.

OK bagels but they don’t have the crusty crust and their bagels lack salt. …BUT… we stood in line for 45 minutes (2.5 hours before closing) only to be told most bagels are out!! Please explain to me why there was a truck full of bagels being loaded into the back of a truck behind the store while there is still a long line of customers waiting inside?…and why can’t the store make more bagels so your customers that drove all the way to the store can have a selection?? Is this just a cover for a bagel donation tax credit money-laundering ring of some sort? Seems like this business prioritizes other restaurants and online customers over those who show up to the store! It’s a Saturday! You know you’re going to be busy! So why not make more bagels for your customers!?? And who is getting all the bagels?? And don’t tell me like you told other people “our bagels do sell out early”. Then change your hours to allow for when you DO have bagels or make more bagels!!…You know, the product you sell that is in the name of your business? A bagel shop without bagels is not a bagel shop. And don’t say “we’re working on it” You’ve been saying that for months. The bagels and egg sandwich needed salt. Was good but bland. The muffins were a bit dry and over-mixed, but tasted ok/was edible. Could be great if they tried.

Came in on Friday early afternoon and service was great! I have been missing a NYC corner store bagel since moving here and this place did not disappoint. There wasn’t a line and my food came out pretty quickly. The server was nice and personable. He gave me my order then even checked on my drink as it was taking a while. I ordered a hot House Mocha and it was delicious. I also ordered a bacon, egg, and pepper jack cheese on a bagel. It was soooo good. Bagel tasted fresh, and the eggs and bacon were perfectly cooked with the cheese melted on top. I would definitely come by again and try the different bagel flavors. There is indoor and outdoor seating with great views of the bridge. Highly recommend!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Bagelheads has always been one of THE BEST spots in Pensacola. Even if it weren’t for the most friendly staff, the bagels and muffins are incredibly delicious. This place is a must for anyone local or new to the area.

Edit: The owner has made me aware that there are, in fact, multiple bakers, and thus the absence of one does not render another statement they have made inaccurate. I apologize and retract that portion of my complaint, which is below.

Incredible quality coffee. The owner is a micro roaster who uses a different process then almost all other Roasters which gives the coffee a very smooth rich taste. Can’t describe it, but one taste and you’ll be sold! Pick up some extra bags while you’re there if you’re not a local. he recently began taking online orders for shipping, as well. The bagels are made fresh there with extensive choice of custom sandwiches and toppings available. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don’t be scared of the long line it moves very fast. Enjoy the vibe!

Got here at noon on Thursday May 4th, and waited 25 minutes for two sausage, egg, and cheese bagels. Very disappointed, been there many times before and never received worse service. Neither of the bagels had cheese. Paid extra to have cream cheese and regular cheese, there was only cream cheese on one of them. Looked like maybe one girl or two girls were actually working and the guy who took our orders seemed confused to deal with two repeat orders. They also cut an over easy egg right in half.
