We had a great experience at Bagelheads in Pensacola. The view of Pensacola Bay is magical, the dining room was clean, and all of the employees were very welcoming and friendly. The restroom was clean as well. They told us that their bagels are made fresh every day and discarded.. We went after lunch so it made perfect sense that they were out of a few things. The guy that took our order was quick to offer suggestions in place of the ones we ordered. My son and his mom had plain bagels with enough cream cheese for 4 bagels, I told my son it looked like a cupcake. I had the Turkey club w Bacon. She had hot coffee, I had a very well crafted Iced coffee. Mine was perfect, I went back for another one for the road. The experience was awesome, we will be back. I appreciate a well run business. Cara was one of the employees that took care of us and she was great.

Amazing, personable staff! The food was delicious, and the coffee was perfectly hot. We stopped in right before closing, and they never rushed us once. From the moment we walked in until we left, they made sure we felt completely taken care of. Truly incredible service — we’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to bagel heads for over 6 years now and I have no idea how this place has a 3.9. I live in Texas now, but best believe when I am town, this is a must stop
I see some commenters complaining about the wait times, something I’ve never encountered here before, I would recommend coming in and having a sandwich while taking in the wonderful view of the bay.
This place is such a great vibe, and I had the cinnamon roll warmed that had me cursing out cinnabon for placing me in a choke hold for too long. The bagels are made fresh with so many great flavors sweet and savory as well as the sheeemmeeeerrrr.

First time going. Drive thru is only for basic bagels with cream cheese, if you want breakfast sandwich you have to park and go inside. Online orders seem very popular here. Staff is friendly and inside is lively and kid friendly. Might breakfast sandwich was amazing, only complaint is they couldn’t not apply cream cheese on their steak egg and cheese crunch. So I paid to have it made as my own bagel, and had to buy a bag of chips to get the “crunch”, which made my purchase more expensive. Not putting cream cheese on a sandwich should be an easy request. However, food was really good and the smoothie as well. I would come back.

Stopped by and ordered a pastrami, egg and a hash brown all on a garlic parmesan cheese bagel. Originally I wanted steak, but they were out of it. But I secretly wanted the pastrami. It did not disappoint. It was so good! There was quite the line, but toe that just meant they were popular and their food was good. I also ordered a mango smoothie and pineapple flavored sweet tea. Both were outstanding. I definitely see myself coming back.

If I could give it a 10 star I would, this place was phenomenal! My husband and I got sandwiches for the first time there today. He got the super bacon club and I got the breakfast barnyard. We were underestimated by the sizes of them. Both really good. When we was first eating it he was like this is fire. Well found out he had mine . By the time we got to the other half we was so full it didn’t matter. Will definitely get again an may just order one to share next time.

Go for the bagels, which themselves are good. Don’t do a sandwich, you will be disappointed. I ordered the good morning honey on a blueberry cobbler. No sausage – so – steak, which tasted like Steak-umm (pre-aftermarket flavoring). Plain bagel, which was wrong, American cheese, which I ended up deconstructing the bagel to remove, along with the steak, and a healthy portion of spread. I eventually gave up and moved on to the cinnamon roll, which was the best part of the meal. I also had to do some surgery to make my hot mocha into a cold mocha, but the girl was cool about it and after transferring it, gave me a cup of ice to make it colder. So, go for the bagels. But don’t pay 50$ for two people.

Not sure if they boil their bagels but they tasted ok but more like loaf bread. I do like the variety. A bit costly for but they give you alot. The bunch thing was good

We went to this location with high hopes & we’re extremely disappointed. First they had us do our order in the drive thru only to tell us if anyone comes up behind us they will stop taking our order. We finished ordering and pull up to wait only for someone to come out 10 minutes later and tell us they forgot our order and to re order everything on the app. No one came out to give us our order and we had to go in only for bagels to just be sitting there and cold. Also we ordered a sausage egg and cheese & instead was given a lox bagel, which our friend could not eat because she can’t eat fish…. Overall not pleased with service and surprised for such a big mix up with the order. The person also said to no go inside and order because there was a line, only for me to go inside later to pick up the order and there was no one.

Order the a toasted jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño smear. Very tasty . About $5
Priced normal.
The bread is very soft so I’ll get it more toasted next time. reminds me of Einstein bagel before they changed the quality and stopped giving enough smear.
The view of the bay made it even better. Looking forward to going back and trying other bagels.
