Just because you’re not very busy doesn’t mean you should serve cold food. Please keep the customer in mind…I’ve ordered from the Bartlett location a couple of times on my lunch break and have always gotten old, cold french fries…how? Why? Please do better…for your remaining customers.

The food is amazing! I love the beef brisket. It’s so yummy. Also the baked potato salad is to die for!!! They have two kinds just ask for the one that has the sour cream! Also try their banana puddin if your stomach will let you! Mitch is amazing if you have the pleasure of meeting him he is the sweetest!

Ordered a rack of dry ribs, Cole slaw, homestyle potato salad, and fried okra which fed 2 people and still had some ribs left over. All the food was excellent and on point. The service wass excellent and the manager Mitch made sure we had a good experience. This was the first time we ate at Baby Jacks instead of getting it to go. Overall it was a great meal and a great experience. Highly recommended!

Honestly it’s 4.5… great personal attention from Mitch the manager. Very tender brisket, husband got the ribs…a bit too much dry rub but now we know you can request less. Lots of sauce options if you’re a sauce person. Super tasty banana pudding… not too sweet. Definitely going back to try something different and explore the menu.

The brisket nachos were awesome! Great portion size for the food and awesome prices too. The food came out at an impressive speed. They had many bbq sauce options but the Dragons Breath option was by far my favorite!! So delicious. The sweet tea was perfect. Not too sweet but also not bland. Plus they give you huge cups that you can bring back for $1 refills. Winner! I gave 4 stars because the okra wasn’t good and they put bacon in the potato salad(hurt my feelings). I’ll definitely go back though. Nice place.
