The wait was a LITTLE long but not too bad, I’ve had worse. For the wait they ended up giving us all free cookies. They also made an extra float by accident and just gave it to us.
The food was good, the burger was fairly flavorful and the cheese curds were nice, hot, crispy and cheesey. The only other complaint I have is that I ordered my burger ketchup only and they didnt put ketchup on it. Which is a lot better than them putting pickles and mustard on it so it’s only a small complaint.
Dont listen to these negative reviews about people getting to the store too late. It’s not the store or they employees fault.

I went here with my boyfriend and we ordered like Normal, but then when we were leaving noticed they had forgotten my entire part of the meal, which is fine, people make mistakes. Mind you to get back to the place you have to take 2 U-turns which takes about 5-10 minutes to do, so we did. I politely told them of their mistake and they were very polite about fixing it, except even though she had asked what I had ordered and got the receipt for it, I was given the complete wrong order. Not to mention not a very appetizing looking one – 4 pickles, mostly melted off the burger cheese, smothered ketchup and Mustard, and completely forgotten tomato, onions and lettuce. I decided it wasn’t worth my time to go back, probably ever.

Featuring our “large Mac and cheese” with 5 bites worth (literally we counted after taking the photo) and our hamburger without any of the toppings indicated on website and picture.
We’ve been assured this is the standard serving for large Mac and cheese when we asked the lady before pulling away.
Save your money avoid this place.

Picked up takeout on the way home from a trip. My husband stood waiting for someone to help him for 5 minutes. There were no other customers. Fries and chicken we’re so stale it was disgusting. Definitely a case of passing off stale food to someone taking it out the door in the hopes they wouldn’t be called on it. We won’t return.

ordered the chicken wrap combo with 1 spicy & 1 bbq with mashed potatoes & gravy, and a 4 piece tender combo with mashed potatoes & gravy. The wraps were both spicy, and was given fries not mashed potatoes as well as the tender combo had fries not mashed potatoes. Also, the tenders didn’t seem to be cooked all the way. This is not the first time my order was messed up. I forgot to check my bag before I left.

Ok this review is the sum of our last two visits to this restaurant.
The weekend before last my wife stopped in to purchase 2 of the newest root beer shakes A&W featured. She was informed that the restaurant was clean out of root beer.
Last weekend we both stopped by to order the same 2 root beer shakes. We were given 2 shakes that were not yet in the frozen state I presume since it was just cold liquid ice cream.
What is going wrong here.

I give 0 stars. They forgot half of our order. Did not give fries or my other side for my big box. The baf was also ripped. Hopefully they get new management. They basically got 10 bucks for free from me. Also you have to make a double u turn to get back to the restaurant. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY SHORTENED ME

Ordered two chicken sandwich meals. Got 2 VERY SMALL orders of fries that obviously have been sitting A while…yuck. Seriously there was maybe 20 fries combining the meals. The chicken sandwich was hard and not hot. Couldn’t go inside because the lobby was closed. Was not waiting 20 more minutes in while. What a waste of $20. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered food around 750 to 8 pm. Line wasn’t long at all.. I ordered 2 chicken sliders. 2 kids cheeseburger meals that come with fries and a drink. They said to pull up since they were waiting on the burgers.. I pull up and wait for about 2 mins. Lady brings me food and I get home and see there’s 1 chicken slider. 2 burgers and 1 fry. I was missing 1 chicken slider 1fry and 2 drinks.. I paid $15 and only got half of my order. I haven’t been to A&W in years and now I remember why. I also didn’t have a receipt in the bag or when the lady gave me my card back…
