My husband ordered a basket of chicken, a famous bowl and 2 burgers for our kiddos. Got home and his basket was NOT what he ordered. Also, they forgot his sides. Joshua was nice enough to tell my husband that they were “closing early due to short staffing”, and that the order was rung up different (even though the person who took the order confirmed what we wanted). We are okay with all of that, but they were in such a hurry to get out early that they couldn’t even apologize or even offer to maybe even give us the sides we ordered with the chicken. Hell, we would have been happy if he showed us a bit of empathy, rather than looking at my husband like it was his fault.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Everytime we’ve come here, we’ve had the same girl take our orders and hand us them. Every time, she messes up our order. This time, we went for dinner for the three of us in my family. She forgot to give us the kid’s meal caprisun (both times, and the applesauce the first time), gave us no receipt, had issues listening to us for our order so we were repeating over and over what we wanted, and when she comes out to give us our food, she brings no drinks and she’s on her phone blatantly. When we said we were missing the caprisun, she acted as though she thought we were trying to get a free one. Her name’s Sophia, and I wouldn’t recommend coming here thru the drive thru if you want your order made correctly, THE FIRST TIME.

Let me start by saying food is excellent! But only Drive-Thru is open, Dinning room closed! Why? Covid is over, everyone else’s dinning rooms are open! Are the managers and shift-leads just to lazy to clean after customers so you wont open the doors? Also asked for receipt when handing clerk my card, after taking payment she only handed my card back, I thought receipt would be in bag with food… No Receipt! There custom service is TERRIBLE!

The wait was a LITTLE long but not too bad, I’ve had worse. For the wait they ended up giving us all free cookies. They also made an extra float by accident and just gave it to us.

I went here with my boyfriend and we ordered like Normal, but then when we were leaving noticed they had forgotten my entire part of the meal, which is fine, people make mistakes. Mind you to get back to the place you have to take 2 U-turns which takes about 5-10 minutes to do, so we did. I politely told them of their mistake and they were very polite about fixing it, except even though she had asked what I had ordered and got the receipt for it, I was given the complete wrong order. Not to mention not a very appetizing looking one – 4 pickles, mostly melted off the burger cheese, smothered ketchup and Mustard, and completely forgotten tomato, onions and lettuce. I decided it wasn’t worth my time to go back, probably ever.

I ordered food around 750 to 8 pm. Line wasn’t long at all.. I ordered 2 chicken sliders. 2 kids cheeseburger meals that come with fries and a drink. They said to pull up since they were waiting on the burgers.. I pull up and wait for about 2 mins. Lady brings me food and I get home and see there’s 1 chicken slider. 2 burgers and 1 fry. I was missing 1 chicken slider 1fry and 2 drinks.. I paid $15 and only got half of my order. I haven’t been to A&W in years and now I remember why. I also didn’t have a receipt in the bag or when the lady gave me my card back…

Ordered two chicken sandwich meals. Got 2 VERY SMALL orders of fries that obviously have been sitting A while…yuck. Seriously there was maybe 20 fries combining the meals. The chicken sandwich was hard and not hot. Couldn’t go inside because the lobby was closed. Was not waiting 20 more minutes in while. What a waste of $20. NEVER AGAIN.

Poor attitude at the drive thru as well from whoever the female working was this shift on window orders. Perhaps not a good environment for the workers? So it reflects?.. I wouldn’t know for certain- either way, I can understand the current 1.9 review at this location based on a dismissive and rude interactions.

Long wait, given two wrong drinks and told to wait ahead in their drive thru (blocking everyone behind me). When the food finally came out and we asked to get the two rootbeers we originally ordered, we waited another 5 mins and were given two drinks with no ice that tasted like flat soda before the soda machine runs out. If they were out of rootbeer, it would of been nice to just get an honest answer so we could have ordered a different drink. Both burgers came without our special requests and fries were half full. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
