On August 13th, at 4:10 PM, we placed an order at the Zioski. We then went to the front to grab the cups for our drinks, I observed one of the managers, Faith Simmons(is what I was told), yelling and screaming at an older female employee who was working the front counter taking orders. All because she was asking for HELP!! And the older woman ended up being CORRECT on what she was trying to do. Unfortunately, I did not get the employee’s name.
The manner in how the manager addressed this employee was extremely demeaning and unprofessional, to the point where the older woman was upset and began to cry. The behavior was not only inappropriate, but it was also upsetting for customers to see. Several of us customers, including myself, told the older woman we are so sorry and reassured that she did NOT deserve to be treated in that way! She handled the situation perfectly and strongly despite the way she was treated and spoke to. I praise her for the way she handled this situation!
Even after this!!! We could STILL hear Faith yelling loudly across the restaurant at her employees. This created an unpleasant and tense environment for ALL OF US customers and employees.
My heart is truly with the older woman today. It breaks my heart even hours after we left, I wish I could get in touch with her.
We’ve contacted Corporate through call, email & the website. And will continue to.

Food is average. Servers at the drive through and the counter are friendly and efficient. The management, not so much, they talk a good line but don’t follow up with their actions.
I live across the street from the back parking lot. 5 or 6 months ago they replaced the overhead lights and readjusted their light angles. The lights now flood the entire neighborhood instead of just the parking lot.
I contacted the store manager twice and the district manager once and asked if the lights could be readjusted to light only the parking lot. Both managers assured me that they would be happy to have the lights adjusted downward. As of now, they have not been adjusted.

Lady got order wrong . Got to window and out of sweet tea. Traded for sprite that was fully only carbonation. Then went inside to get order fixed had swim out. Got scolded by random manager about swimsuit and had to tell her I wouldn’t have come in if my order wasn’t wrong. Won’t return. McDonald’s sucks anyways might as well get somewhat decent service

Ordered two happy meals and it was on the screen at check out went to pay and only received one happy meal saw the receipt and I said what happened to the other happy meal. The lady said ma’am you habe to re order and pay for the second one told them forget that and left with what I ordered and got my other kid a meal somewhere else

We spent almost 30 dollars just for my family to be sick the next day with food poisoning.could not understand the drive thru attendant I wouldn’t feed this to an animal in fear of it getting sick as my dog did from the hamburger. Buyer beware just a fair warning and fries are cold and cooked in oil. I won’t go back you couldn’t pay me. Worse McDonald’s ever ate at.
