Melted ice cream, hot dog on half a piece of a hamburger bun, and worst of all after ordering six meals I was not told the Co2 machine was out when we ordered the food yet they took our drink orders and ask me to park. I waited for the food it was brought without the drinks I inquired only to be told they didn’t have any drinks but I could have milk???? I asked for a refund for the drinks but was refused. I waited for a solution but was ignored. I notified management and was asked to go to my car to get the receipt so it could be photocopied instead of pulling the receipt and fixing it in store. I was frustrated since I had already spent over 25 minutes in drive thru and in the store. The food was in the car getting cold so I walked out. It’s always something with this store. Not coming back because of the poor customer service in response to the situation.

Staff was very friendly but quite slow given how few customers they had. Obviously they’re not doing good job of keeping the bathrooms clean. Our food tasted great. Just what we expected.

Not only did they get the drive through order wrong, but it took 4 visits to the car to get a simple order correct. Then when finally getting the correct order, it was so maliciously made (ketchup slathered everywhere – more ketchup than bun), it honestly wouldn’t surprise me if they would’ve spit on the patty. It’s never go back again

Ordered hot wings and buffalo wings through the drive through. Had to park and wait for them to be cooked for about 12-13 minutes. Food was good, typical KFC standard. Side note, this location is a KFC and an A&W.

Please see the review for KFC– this is the same restaurant. The bummer is that you cannot order both burgers and chicken using the KFC app, you have to go there to order.

7-4-20 at 4:45 PM, I went KFC/AW #E720439 which at the same location. Had to wait 10 minutes for my order which was ok. But when I pulled up to the window to pay. I was very surprise to see the cashier: Aron Joashc with out a face mask or gloves on. When the food was brought out to my vehicle, three employee’s came out to delivery our orders and none of them had on any mask or gloves on. What up KFC/AW 2330 Longport Court, Elk Grove, CA. 95758. If I had not really wanted some chicken. I would have cancelled my order.
