I ordered multiple pizzas for a class party and when I opened one there was a piece missing. When I called they seemed irritated and tried to tell me it probably just shifted in transit. They also seemed irritated that I wanted a new pizza brought out and insisted that they needed this pizza back if they were going to bring a new one out. I was totally fine giving it back (because I clearly wasn’t going to eat a pizza that came to me missing a piece) but it would have been nice if they hadn’t acted like I was either too dumb to be able to tell if the slices had shifted or if I was lying. If they had apologized (nothing over dramatic, just a simple we’re sorry about that and will get you out a new one ASAP) I wouldn’t be writing this review. Instead, they had an attitude on the phone, the driver had an attitude when he returned, and it took them almost an hour to get the new pizza out to me.

Pizza was okay and would have been better with a little bit more cheese 🙂 the real problem with the chicken wings that they were normal wings with one Gloppy squirt of the garlic Parmesan sauce on top. Not mixed around and we’re very cold… it was a shame and can easily fixed with the little attention to detail.

I ordered a supreme today for pick up. It was the worst. I’m not sure what the company has been doing lately but the pizza is really bad, bland and no taste. I also noticed they have cut way back on the amount of toppings lately. I understand the price of everything has gone up but why not put the same amount of toppings like they always have and just go up on the price because if you going this direction you’ll be out of business anyway. Pizza Hut did the same thing a while back but they are back to some great pizza and I’m going to Pizza Hut. So long Domino’s.
