Food was hot and fresh we had the 3 chicken strips and the fish,shrimp,and chicken platter. The lady working the drive thru was very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. She was a lot of help.

I had been excited to stop here. The menu board was half missing, laying all over the ground. My order was taken, I paid and was immediately asked to pull around to the other side and wait. This was for a small order. This location is A&W and a Long John Silver’s. I ordered from the A&W menu. The coney dog was worse than old hot dogs at a gas station. I could not eat it, one bite and I thought I might get food poisoning, it had a very peculiar taste. My fries were decent, tasted fresh. I even dipped them in the chili from the coney so I know that wasn’t the bad part

It wasn’t their best day. The employees were friendly and respectful, but the service was slower than usual. Some parts of our meals were hot some warm and some room temperature. All food ordered should have been hot.

Always like the setup there only issue no one in line and still messed it up even after double checking the order with me, please listen to the customer a little better, tables were dirty wash bucket on a table but the whole time there noone cleaned anything even though they were dead even in drive thru

Adriana is the best, for a young lady working a high-school job she took care of my wife and kids with great service and the hospitality you would expect in a 5 star restaurant, not what you would expect in a fast food chain. Whoever is teaching this young lady, keep up the great work!

This restaurant was clean. Extremely clean. We ended up ordering Long John Silver’s fish with root beers of course and the fish was fresh hot out the grease the fries or fresh hot out the grease the sides were good it was just an amazing fast food trip. The root beer was absolutely amazing.

Two stars since we actually received our food and it was edible and the employee that took our order was decent enough. My boyfriend was standing next to me when I ordered and I ordered an A2 from the A&W menu. The employee asked if I wanted that as a combo and I said yes and asked if I could have onion rings instead of fries and she concurred. She then said “do you want onion rings with both of them?” and I politely clarified that we were going to be sharing the A2 meal, so we just needed one meal and she said, “it’s a combo.” At that point, I knew it was not worth the explanation or risk of contamination to my food, so $28 and change later, we got double the food of what we intended to order. The competency of everyone in there seemed sub-par at best. I’m not a difficult or confrontational person, so i rolled with it, but it shouldn’t be that difficult to order one of the value meals. Additionally, we waited approximately 30 minutes for our food with one person ahead of us in line and when we did get our food, we had different onion rings. Mine were various sizes and hot and my boyfriend’s were small and a different color and cold. There was also no A&W root beer on tap – it was just carbonated water. The diet A&W root beer was definitely cream soda. The actual restaurant was, in a word, sticky. There were literally zero napkins available for customer use. I saw 4 dispensers sitting by the condiments – all empty. The burgers were fine, but I was grossed out by the rest of the environment. This was my first A&W experience. I would venture to say that this is probably a location issue. I would try A&W again, but never at this location.

Why is your staff closing your store early ? .9:30 pm …Girl Comes out of back door to let us know..they are closed..yet the BIG DRIVE THRU ONLY SIGN IS ON…maybe they were partying with the people parked on the side . Who really knows.
