It has an A&W and KFC sign but inside it’s just a regular burger shop & KFC. If you ask for a Teen Burger Meal, they’ll tell you they don’t have Teen Burgers “but I’m told the #5 burger is close to it”. You won’t recognize the onion rings either – not the typical rings with seasoning. The place was dirty, drinks spilt on tables and counters, out of napkins and ketchup, and one of the worker’s kids, maybe 2.5 years old sat alone in a corner booth playing on a tablet. Out of line of sight- if someone wanted that child he’d have been gone! I wouldn’t recommend stopping here. There are better places.

I live 2.5 hours away from this restaurant. I stopped there with my family before we headed home. It took over 15 minutes to actually get our food, which isn’t a long time if you’re in a sit down restaurant but not what I am looking for with fast food. Once we finally got our food, we headed out and 30 minutes outside of town realized we were missing a $3.99 item. No big deal but annoying that we paid for it and didn’t receive it. So I call the store to get a refund and am unceremoniously told that they can’t do anything over the phone. But they can take my name and give me some coupons if I come back to the restaurant. Right, like I’m going to drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way to get coupons. Will not be eating here ever again,do not recommend.

Today, Nov. 5th, I went to your drive in at 6:30 and waited for 30 minutes along with four more cars and when the employee simply told us in a smirking fashion and said; ” We’re closed” ,and never came back even to apologize. ” This has happened twice to me. It will not happen again.

Only had like three employees, waited for a half hour for my order to be wrong. They gave us extra food from the KFC that they were trying to get rid of because they messed up another order before ours. Awful experience.

Two words…KEEP DRIVING! The floors, tables, chairs and hell maybe even the ceiling were covered in stains. Food was mediocre but if you’re looking for a microwaved famous bowl this is the place to be. My friend was trapped in the bathroom for 6 minutes cause the the door wouldn’t open and there wasn’t any ice, ketchup, and napkins. Now I know what you’re thinking. If I hated this place so much then, why would I rate it a 4 star. The answer to that question was one of the employees three children sitting in the back booth. These three little devils had no shoes on, were walking on the tables and they gave me some strange black object. They also gave us rocks and threw their blankets on our food. One of the kids took salt from some of the tables and dumped all of it around the restaurant as if he was protecting himself from ghosts. This restaurant needs less customers and more child services agents. PLUS this was the lunch rush and it was just me and my 4 friends who were all laughing are butts off to the kids shenanigans. So I very much consider not coming to this restaurant… If you can even call it that.

Be ready for your burger order to be wrong and if the cash register is out of paper, you wont get a receipt unless you talk to the manager. We asked for no onions or pickles on one of the burger and I got onions so I took it back and when I got the burger back it had pickles. The other burger we ordered we wanted a cheeseburger with tomato, lettuce and pickles, and the lady somehow screwed it up and gave us a plain cheeseburger. The burgers where colder than an ice cube and they were out of ketchup. After we finally got everything resolved with the manager, the burgers where good, but the experience was ruined for us.

Went there last night and ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo and a root beer float. The food was cold when it hit the counter and I had to prompt them for the float. The only good part about the meal was the float and that’s the only thing I’d order if I went back. I like A&W in general so this was disappointing.

Very disappointed ordered two papa burger meals with onion rings and a small popcorn chicken, the popcorn chicken was fir our dogs.wanted a large drink but they didn’t have cups. The popcorn chicken was fresh and yummy, both the papa burger meals were old buns were wet, onion rings were old and not fully cooked we threw both meals away, on Plus side our dogs got to eat. We will go to next town and hit McDonald’s. Second time we had bad food.

KFC has a very bad reputation in this town, but if you haven’t been to it recently, I suggest giving it another try. I haven’t been brave enough yet to try the chicken, but everything on the A&W menu, especially the burgers are very good. The last few times I have went inside, the place has actually been very clean. It used to be awful, but there are NEW OWNERS now and their standards are definitely higher.

Never seems to have a functioning staff, therefore a nonfunctioning fast food joint. The few times I’ve eaten here I’ve had to wait for half of my order to appear when served my food OR those I’m with have to wait. Slow service as well.
