The food was great. They need to put a menu on the wall for people to view while in line. The lady taking our order seemed in a bad mood. Overall, everything was good.

OMG! They’ve changed their food and I was so happy! It wasn’t greasy and soggy when I got home(25 minute drive). It was crispy and light, even the hush puppies. I reaheated some to eat and it was still phenomenal. I highly recommend trying the food here. Usually we only eat at Long John Silvers once a year because the food was really greasy and soggy.

My family and I came this evening to have dinner. Every single meal we ordered was completely incorrect and missing items. We told the waitress about it, and she offered to correct our items. The problem was that every time we told her, it seemed as if she wasn’t understanding what we were saying and what items we were actually missing/incorrect, she would repeat it back to us and every time, it was not what we were asking for and saying. She came back 3 dif. times, each time had our order incorrect. At this point it was frustrating. My husband asked for a refund for the incorrect items, offered to pay for what was corrected. (Which was 3 missing shrimp for my son’s meal that she brought out after we told her the first time.) She then said she was getting her manager. As she was walking back behind the counter I heard her call my husband a Karen. “We have a Karen out here-” she said. The manager came out and offered to make us bacon, an extra 10-15 minutes of wait time. We were not just missing bacon. We were missing 3 completely different burgers, 1 did not need bacon on it. We kept trying to tell him, no, that was not correct. They refused a refund and the manager told my husband we could have “removed or eaten the bacon, for all he knew.” At that point we just wanted to leave and it really upset us. They still could not repeat our order back and said they could refuse to serve us, and that we should leave. I confronted the waitress about her calling my husband a Karen, it was completely uncalled for. We could also hear them back there making “wahh, wahh” crying noises. We will not be returning, not only was this extremely embarrassing, we paid 57 dollars for dinner that we couldn’t eat.. & everything they did bring us, was cold. I plan on calling corporate and reporting them. I do not recommend eating there.

Watched an employee put her hands in her pants then handle food. Then one of the cooks frying food while spitting snuff into an open cup and he missed and got in on his hand and all over his mouth. Just drove off at that point. That was disgusting.

Foods great staff is very helpful. We always go early, because there usually steadily busy threw out the day. And if you have to wait. That just means you’re foods going to be fresh after and its the only place I know of that you can get a decent root beer float.

Never going back to this place. Rootbeer float was gross (the root beer was warm and flat). They were out of hamburger, only had 4 chicken strips left (which had really salty breading). The fries tasted like fish. I have been to many A&W’s and loved them but this place is actually just gross.

Went in and had super, I decided to give it another try after last year I had to walk out 3 times due to smelly smoke from the kitchen from burnt grease and poor ventilation. Whoever took it over did a great job fixing and cleaning it up!!! The chicken stripes was delicious!!

The waitress was AMAZING. I didn’t get her name but she has long dark hair. We came in kind of last minute had huge order. She was great and food was good just greasy!
