Placed a curbside pickup order and was told the food was ready. Parked, checked in, and waited 15 minutes while no one bothered to bring it out. With no one in the drive-thru and barely anyone inside, I finally went in and got the food myself. By the time we got home, everything was cold. The kickin’ chicken sandwich had almost no ranch or buffalo sauce, and the food was soggy and poorly made. Spent $50 on cold, half-assed food and zero service. Completely unacceptable.

I came in 20 minutes before close and usually don’t like to out of respect for the staff, but Tyler the younger gentleman behind the counter welcomed me in and made sure I was taken great care of. Killer customer service even when trying to get closed up and headed home for the night, I’m appreciative and wanted to speak highly of him and the staff tonight for how great I was treated and quickly I was in and out. 10/10

Just wanted to come here and leave a review for this really kind staff member going above and beyond for a handicapped gentleman that needed some additional help tonight. No frustration, no attitude about it and she was beyond patient and helpful to make sure this gentleman had a great experience even with it being very busy and made sure he had the help he needed. Couldn’t catch the staff members name but she’s young, black curly hair with glasses & she came out to check on him throughout the visit while also maintaining the register/taking orders. I’ve worked in the food industry previously and really appreciate those who go the extra mile for others like she did. Yes this should be the bare minimum but often times I’ve seen some people treated more as an annoyance than just a regular person looking to enjoy their dinner experience.

I love love love Zaxbys! I was very disappointed when I tried the new chicken finger tacos! The taste is delicious and fresh tasting but the chicken is too short for the taco shell! You should get chicken in every bite! At least they should have maybe cut another chicken finger to make it last the length of the taco!

If she was having a bad day, you’d never know it. She’s the definition of the type of individual you want in your organization. Do your best to keep this one. Bravo!

I always eat here , the foods amazing but i stopped by at 12:30 on lunch break the past couple of days and tried the lemon pepper and it has been filled with butter soaked . and it even leaked in the bag and thr best news of all, no napkins ♂️

The past three times I’ve visited and got my usual boneless wings meal, they’ve been barely tossed and maybe 1/2 of each wing has sauce on it. Very displeased with this. I’ve also (over different meals) had toast left out, ranch left out, no seasoning on fries, and old tea.

Ordered drive thru. Spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t spicy or fresh. Fries were cold. Cheese curds & fried pickles were fresh & hot & delicious. It’s too bad we were hoping for better. We are locals & won’t be back. Please do better.
