Went through drive through. Ordered an 8piece meal with mash/gravy, coleslaw, and Mac n cheese. I didn’t get any gravy, chicken was old and all smashed up, potaoe were cold, no gravy, and Mac n cheese was cold. I wanted all white but they said they didn’t have enough for an 8 piece all white. I would of waited for them to put more down. I no I will be calling KBP foods because every time I go there, something isn’t right. Went back one time to get my order straight after they messed it up and wanted to talk to a manager. I was told a manager wasn’t there. They were at Wal Mart. No shift supervisors on duty and most employees were out by the back door smoking.

Generally, I really enjoy stopping at this KFC when I drive through. This last time I came in, I decided to order something I don’t typically get, which was their nuggets.
I was really disappointed when I got home to try them, and the nuggets were the smallest nuggets I have ever seen. And to top it off, one of the 8 “nuggets” I got was a piece of crispy breading with absolutely no meat.
The employees were very kind and helpful, and I haven’t had any issues outside of this circumstance, but I was highly disappointed with the level of shrinkflation in the portion sizes. People come to KFC for chicken, and we are given the smallest portion of the meat.

Food came out in seconds. Super fresh and delicious. The staff was clean, the kitchen looks amazing, and they were very attentive. We ordered the mash for two after camping away. We normally don’t eat KFC but this was the BEST we have had. Props to the four on duty this evening!
The one thing I’d say is in the women’s bathroom was clean besides the air dryer. It was pretty gross. Hope they clean that up! Overall 5/5 for us!

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a large 16 pc family meal on Christmas Eve and had to wait an extra hour four my food and then didn’t get my whole order they said they would throw in some free items also and didn’t get those either. They wouldn’t even connect me on the phone to the restaurant. My eight kids now went hungry because of them. When I finally talked to them they said I could only receive 12$ refund which is absolutely ridiculous. I should be able to receive the full refund of 51$. Please sage your self the trouble and never go to this place again.

Went to KFC in Plover and brought a coupon for a 12 pc, 3 sides and 6 biscuits. Wanted 2 sides of mac n cheese but they said they couldn’t do the Mac and cheese. They said mashed potatoes or corn so we asked for 2 corn and 1 mashed potato and the lady inside said why can’t we do 2 mashed potato since they had 2 potato ready. Lady was mouthing off and rude to customer behind me as well. Worst fast food experience ever! Took 20 minutes for the food to be finished.

Line was extremely long. Charged me an 8 piece dinner when I ordered a $20 fill up. I had asked to substitute the cole slaw with mac&cheese. I didn’t get either. They did give me some extra pieces of chicken and cookies. But from start to finish when I placed my order to when I left, took over 50 minutes.
Update, 3 years later my wife wanted some KFC. This place is still super slow and terrible service

The 2 pieces of chicken in the 2pc box looked like they were the bottom of the box. Half of the skin was gone and there was a thigh and some other type of chicken that I can only describe as a wing merged with a thigh with half the meat missing. I’ve worked in fast food for the better part of my life and if I was putting together this order and saw how bad it was I would have just grabbed 2 other pieces. We drove back to the restaurant to get it replaced which defeats the point of delivery. Thanks Billy for the 3 free cookies but not a compensation for me not being able to eat my 3pc box (which looked great) and having to drive for 15 minutes to get this replaced. I hope the general manager and district manager see this and get to the bottom of what went wrong.

Waited 15 minutes never got my food gave up as I was on my lunch no one even came to the window to grab my payment so I just drove off kfc as gone way down hill anyways both the ones closed in my hometown so figured I’d try and get it while I was in town.

They took 11 minutes to come to the speaker in the drive thru. 5 people behind me left because of that. Took them just as long for the people of front. They seem under staffed and one guy keeps stepping outside to vape then going back inside for just a couple minutes.. they clearly have more then 4 orders but he keeps going outside. Looks like only two people working and have been here for almost 30 minutes waiting at the speaker and then again ag the window. They didn’t care to tell me that there was a wait because they were running behind they just said “one minute” and I waited 11 before he came back to the speaker. Slow slow slow… I would go somewhere else next time.
