Sometimes I leave a five star review because there wasn’t anything wrong, but it wasn’t great. That is not the case for this review. My meal at Athenia Restaurant was awesome! I got a generous portion of delicious food at a very affordable price. Michele is the textbook perfect waitress, and I would go back just to have her serve me again. Ultimately, this was a five star, very recommendable meal.

Athenians Restaurant has a huge menu…. we found sandwiches, burgers, steaks, chicken dishes…. there is Italian and Chinese dishes and much more. Wow! The service was friendly and professional. I had beaded veal with spaghetti, we also had their fried chicken… both were really good and both included a nice salad too . Prices are really good too… both meals, including two Cokes, tax and a tip were about $30… very affordable and very good.

Our waitress was really attentive, stressed and the only one actually working. The other 2 ladies just stood there talking. Front room was almost full. Food is home style dinner food. If you go make sure you have cash with you, they put a 3% charge on your debit card because the insist on running it as a credit card.

Cannot rate this highly enough. A must stop for lunch! Great variety of food with dairy free, peanut free, and even wheat free options. So adorable for sizable quantities of delicious food. Or seven year old only wished it were bigger so more people could enjoy it.

Delicious hometown food for a low price! Athenias is my go to for breakfast food and every single breakfast place I’ve been to in the last 10 years I have compared to Athenia. “Well, let’s see if this omelet and home fries are as good as Athenias!”. I have yet to find a place that is better!
