Went in and got 1/2 dozen donuts at about 11:30am on Sat 10/18/25 and everyone of the 5 different flavors I got were stale and old tasting. I Had to put my glazed donut in microwave for a few seconds just to soften it up to eat. Not the first time this has happened. I thought they were made fresh daily but they make them the night before. Time to make the donuts needs to go back to fresh every morning.

Twice in a row they’ve messed up my drink after specifying TWICE when ordering to make with oatmilk. Each time I’ve had to dump the drink out because it was made with whole milk. Waste of money. Then when I tried to call, to address the issue no one would pickup the phone.

Becareful, went thru drive thru got a signature ice latte. Was drinking it when something became stuck in the straw, found a wad of paper towel in the bottom of the cup stuck to the straw. Contacted dunkin about the issue, was told someone from the store would contact me no one ever did. Not to apologize, replace the drink or to reassure there was no bodily fluids from someone wiping their nose or mouth on that paper towel. #dunkin NEEDS TO DO BETTER

There were multiple people behind the counter. Only seem to be 2 people on the clock. My friend and I waited a while inside for people behind the counter to get it together. Finally a tall young man that was clearly off the clock got our items because the other people on the clock could get it together. The sandwich I got the chz wasn’t even melted. Restaurant was clean. Was around 2pm..

Sat in drive thru for 5 minutes with no cars and they didn’t take our order. Ordered large mocha iced coffee and vanilla cream filled donut.
Had to ask for a straw and gave chocolate covered and not cream filled donut.

So i went through the drive thru around 8am. I ordered coffee and 2 coffee rolls. The coffe e was luke warm and the coffee rolls were old, they were stale and nasty. Waste of money.
