This is my Honest opinion Asuka is the very best sushi place in Bloomington! I have eaten here over 80 times and the service is always excellent, be it alone or in a large group. The sushi’s is superb! The hibachi grill is excellent and entertaining. There sushi menu is the best in town, and has a large amount of sushi and sashimi!! The size of the rolls here is also excellent!! My favorite dish is the sushi love boat for 2!! It’s amazing even for one person and is served on a large boat I have had this on 10 occasions. After eating here no other sushi place in Bloomington comes close and I have tried them all!!

Food was really good. We got the seafood hibachi for two with noodles and it was excellent the tiger and godzilla sushi was so good. My wife got the Ramon with shrimp with bone broth and loved it. The hibachi chef was really entertaining and put on a really good show. This was our first time trying a place like this and we will be back again.

First time having Hibachi and it did not disappoint! The Chef was very nice and food was prepared perfectly. Service was top tier. Loved the sushi and it was very fresh with a-lot of opinions, actually ate it before my Hibachi was done. Would love to go with a group of friends. I will definitely be going back.

I like the restaurant side better then the hibachi one. Everything on the menu is worth trying. Appetizers are great. Crunchy-est shrimp tempura I’ve ever had. Sushi is good. Maki rolls are very large and filling. The Chinese menu is equally as large and awesome as the Japanese menu. Orange chicken was crispy and the sauce was very flavorful. Price is a couple dollars higher than others but worth it.

A great hibachi place located across from college mall. We went at peak dinner time and didn’t have to wait for a table which was nice. The chef was entertaining and everyone at the table was having fun. The food was tasty and you get a lot of it. Great place to do birthdays or just a fun dinner out with friends.

I ordered 4 sushi rolls for around 21 dollars, the sushi was good and it came with soy sauce. But with some of the sushi I ordered, it wasn’t that good with the soy sauce. The sushi rolls I got were: Tuna, shrimp, squid, and carb stick.
