Stop and got food for my daughter. They wasn’t super busy but somehow they forgot my daughter had gotten a milkshake. Had to wait like 5min to 7min for it. Didn’t help I had someone get ice cream in the vehicle behind me. I wasn’t upset and I’m not saying they didn’t bad but I think they just to work on that part. Other than that, good service. The location is… Let just say, it’s not their fault but the city’s fault. Gotta bring the place behind them back to life is all.

Being a Texan, I grew up with Dairy Queen. I have to say Dairy-O has won me over. I now prefer Dairy-O. Thru have great tasting burgers and fries. I love their fries. Their ice cream is great too. My family loves picking up food here. There is something for everyone. The service is great and you can tell your food is always fresh. It comes out quickly and the food is always hot.

I ordered a simple chocolate shake. I was charged the correct price according to the menu. After I paid, I pulled up to the next station. They tried to hand me this tiny cup (looked like for a Sunday or something), with about half a scoop of ice cream in it. I politely e planned that I didn’t order that and they argued with me even after checking the receipt and said “this is a milkshake, we only have one size” , they didn’t understand English very well and it took the manager coming over for the order to be prepared correctly. And then the manager tried to extort $.75 more from me. I explained that I had paid the correct amount plus tax for my milkshake according to the menu and the man who i Paid at checkout. Not sure what is going on at this location, but it has went way down lately.

They have ketchup, and the ice machine works. I do wish they served lemonade separately from the drink machine. Older folks can get good food at a very good price. One should be sure to attend church before lunch to be ready to forgive the abundance of so many other churchgoers!

My first time trying Dairi-O and I can see why they always have a long line! Great customer service and good selection for ice cream! I love that they get all of their meat from local NC farms. Clean, friendly and you get what you pay for! Worth the wait. I can’t wait to try their hamburger next.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time. The food wasn’t that great and they forgot my ice cream in the drive thru. I went inside to get my ice cream and they gave me another dessert that the staff forgot to give another guest in the drive thru (apparently this is a common thing there?). Even though we will probably not be returning to eat there, I have to give major kudos to the drive thru order taker Quan. He was super friendly and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Quan is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered at a food place (or a lot of other places for that matter)!

Wow when you drive up things look they know what they are doing. I can say the flurries are good, but need more selections. The car hoppes are in a hurry. I had never been there couldn’t see the menu but wanted me to order, and didn’t have a menu they could show me. Ordering was good once I knew what I wanted.
