Ashlawn offers a variety of coffee/espresso beverages that are fairly priced if limited in their available sizes. I tried an iced latte with house-made vanilla syrup, which was decent (next time I would try a different syrup). A number of confections were also available, as well as a variety of coffee beans. There is a good amount of both indoor & outdoor seating.

Finally had an opportunity to visit this warm and inviting coffee shop. Friendly peeps, delicious bagel & smear, and of course the maple sweetened latte. Hello from PHX

Great little coffee, snack shop in a small strip mall, right beside the train station. Comfortable seats, nice decor, lots of knick knacks around, AC, and clean WC. Homey is the goal, and they achieved that. No background noise, no loud conversations. Coffee is excellent and, thankfully, priced right. Could be a little bit warmer, though. Outdoor and indoor seating. Shaded. Outdoor view is the parking lot, not so good.

Wow! This place is AMAZING and definitely trumps the competition! I got the Maple Latte and it was delicious! It wasn’t too sweet, didn’t taste like just milk and had the best coffee taste! I will definitely go back! I love that their syrups are homemade! The staff was also very pleasant.

I wish I could rate them higher!! I cannot say enough good things about Ashlawn Coffee. The light roast hot coffee and snickerdoodle latte were incredible. They had a menu of seasonal latte options that all sounded amazing. We also had a jalapeño bagel with chive cream cheese and a bacon, egg and cheese on a cheddar chive biscuit. Everything was great. The bagel was soft but perfectly crispy on the outside. The sandwich has crispy bacon, melted cheese and the biscuit was perfect. Also cute decor, relaxing ambiance, and friendly staff. I will make a trip to the shore again just to come here!!

The coffee was great! The doughnut hit the spot and my wife had a lavender scone that she enjoyed. When you want good coffee, go to the busiest coffee shop.

Good coffee overall, nice location and friendly helpful staff. I ordered a macchiato and my wife a latte. We both shared a sandwich and some backed goods. The espresso in the macchiato had a burnt bitter flavor unlike most really good espressos. It was brought to the attention of the staff members and was changed for a caramel latte by the friendly staff. I’m not sure if it was just a bad batch or what, but just something to be aware of if you order and notice it too. Anyway, it’s a nice stop and would go back to if in the area.

My personal favorite coffee shop. I like to get here soon after they open at 6am to relax while it’s quiet, happily zipping by Starbucks along the way, having a quick chat with the staff, and hearing the occasional train rumble by. A simple light roast black coffee for me is as good as it gets. The breakfast sandwich and cinnamon bun are far better than anything you’d find at big, ugly corporate chain. It gets very busy as the morning goes along so I just plan my time accordingly. The maple spice latte tastes just like maple should and was told pumpkin spice wouldn’t be available for another week(mid-September).
