I LOVE THIS ICONIC CAPE COD BAR! If you want to listen to some great local musicians with a beer in your hand then this is a must visit place! There is nothing fancy about this place, but that’s why it’s cool! AMBIANCE- the WOODSHED has been going since the 60’s and I suspect it has barely changed, arguably, it’s a dive bar, and I view it as iconic as the beachcomber and the squire. SERVICE – staff have always been great, they also have wait staff that will help you if the bar is packed! FOOD – they don’t serve food here, but you can go next door and order food to eat at the ‘Shed SUMMARY – this place does exactly what it says on the tin! Local musicians playing to an appreciative audience in an iconic cape cod dive bar, does it get any better?

It’s rare that I walk into a bar and feel like I’m home, but I feel that way at The Woodshed. After living in New Orleans for most of my adult life and traveling often, there are few places I can say this about. Great live music, friendly and divey in a good way vibe, functional antique cash registers and terrific vintage decor.

Small place but a really cool atmosphere inside. Staff were all very friendly. $2 bud light on draft is hard to argue about. Cash only, however, and it can get a little rowdy once the (fantastic) music/band gets going. Overall, had a really good time!

Summertime live music cash only dive bar. Not much more you can ask for during hot summer nights. Located on 6A with plenty of parking. It gets very loud but they do have a small patio.

This Brewster entertainment spot has been an institution for decades, with many of the married couples in town having met or engaged here. Great live entertainment, cheap drinks and clean bathrooms. What else do you need for a night out?
