Zero stars. Messed up order and drinks. The soda tasted like mostly water no flavor. My beef and cheddar sandwich was cold. Buffalo chicken wrap was a nasty mess! I am only giving them a 4 because they had just opened when I was there that day lime the Arbys itself not just for the day but opened lime the first week & I was all excited because Arbys has the best Chocolate chocolate shake on earth that is made with Geridelli chocolate syrup & I wanted one so bad cuz its been like 2 years since ive been close to an Arbys but they disnt havr their shake maxhine yet so I tried to talk them in to making it by hand for me but they finally had to explain they DIDNT have the ice cream & well really what goof is a chocolate shake without the ice cream? Its just chocolate milk but the employees were very nice & polite & handled my harassments -well I was picking- with grace & charm.

Very unhappy, They forgot one of my drinks and It was like pulling teeth to get someones attention to get it for me. I ordered French dip sandwich and didn’t get the Dip! Ofcouse I figured that out after I got home which was an hour away. Cashier was rude which was probably the manager because she was yelling at everyone…Yeah..I’m done with this place.
