Whatever you do don’t order the Bacon, beef and cheddar! There was so much red horrible sauce I couldn’t eat it. I’m not sure what that red sauce is but it was everywhere! No more Arby’s for me, at this location anyway. Red stuff on left seems to be ketchup, the cheese sauce is on the right. YUCK!!

No matter where you go in the U.S. there is 1 constant to getting his curly fries. The place is Arby’s! But did you know they also rock at non spicy jalapeño poppers?! They do it right with customer friendliest as well. The ladies behind the counter were polite as well. A good visit indeed!

Food is always good quality and tasty. It might now be the healthiest food for you, but it is good comfort food. The Greek gyros are on par with a Greek restaurant. Their Reuben is also quite good, almost as good as a deli.

I just experienced the rudest drive through “customer service” person at the 99th and Bell location. The price on the sandwich I ordered was higher than what I was on the board at the drive thru. When I questioned the price she very nastily said they raised and hadn’t got around to changing it on the board and she wasn’t going to argue about the price. When I got to the window I asked for the number of the owner. Her response was I don’t have it and you can leave now and closed the window. I know it’s hard to get decent help these days, but you might as well shut down your business if you can’t get better. I have no reason to go back even though I live close by.

So this is what you get when you order 2 beef and cheddars with extra red sauce for take out. No red sauce at all and sliced Swiss cheese instead of the normal cheddar sauce. Never again. If I could, I’d give them a negative star. Both sandwiches are/were dry, and pretty much disgusting.

I’m sorry to say, but Arby’s needs to go back many years to have the great food hand shaved on each sandwich. We ate there yesterday, buns were stale, I tried to lift the top to see why the meat was so dry, the bun broke. Very little meat, it looked like it was sitting for awhile. I ate 3 bites. All the pride seems to be gone for fast foods places these days it’s a shame for those who want a sandwich from the good ole days. Let’s bring them back!!!

Had 4 regular roast beef . Every sandwich beef all dried out buns so stale they were crumbling apart. Ordered kids meal missing the apple juice and no toy. Really depressed my granddaughter. About 7:00pm on Tuesday May 23. Lobby closed. They also took our coupons and didn’t give us any credit for them. Not a very pleasant meal. I don’t think I’ll be going back to Arby’s. You should take your bell and throw it away!!!!

I’ve been to this location 2 times and have not been disappointed. Which is saying something for a fast food establishment! My food was hot and actually tasted good. I had avoided Arby’s for MANY years because all the experiences prior led almost immediately to the bathroom, but this place didn’t make me sick! Maybe TMI but seriously, nobody wants to be chained to the bathroom after eating out!
