So never been here, and again the kid picked this place out. I had the chicken sandwich with their slaw and it was amazing! The kid had a chicken bowl and he really liked it. It was pretty fast and although the parking lot seemed almost deserted, there was plenty of free parking, even for several buses! Lee was very sweet and nice and her co-worker was also super helpful, but I forgot her name. I found out their menu comes from Hawaii, and 2 Asian styles of food. For the price it was quite excellent. A little on the plain side for atmosphere, but if you sat in some of the alcoves they designed into the lay out, (see photos) it would probably feel more cozy. I would definitely come here again. I did talk to a customer who says she comes quite often because the one in Palo Cedro closed and she goes here when she can!

This place is a little gem in Redding. We ordered the seared tuna poke bowl and the Hawaiian bowl, and everything was incredibly fresh, balanced, and flavorful, portions were generous, and the presentation was clean. A great spot for a quality, satisfying meal.

I really like Fresh Fire Grill. It’s our go to place for eating out in Redding. The food is tasty with delightful Asian swirls. One of my favs is the Hawai’in bowl with sweet & tangy sauce and pulled pork and pineapple atop rice and Asian slaw. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

BBQ is Carolina approved! Good macaroni salad. Slaw is ok. Quick service. Portion size is good. Inside is quite smoky from the grill. Lemonade was good but not worth $5.50 in my opinion. Pink salt available! No “fountain drinks” is always a negative for me, but Super nice people and good menu selection.

I had the teriyaki bowl and the egg tart. Was absolutely delicious. Was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the egg tart. Was more like a custard with a delightful taste and the crust was light and flaky. Well done in flavor. I live in Washington and when I drive through here again, I will stop by. Thank you!! Oh yeah, staff so sweet, so kind.

I have been eating Fresh Fire’s wonderfully fresh food for years now and still really enjoy it. Recently met the owner and he’s a super kind guy. Not only is the food healthy & fresh, the atmosphere is calm and inviting. Love the plants and modern art too! The best part is the service. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and never have to wait long for my food. They even bring it to you! I also love that they use dishes instead of creating a bunch of trash. With the prices being reasonable, it’s a great place to take the fam. Redding needs more healthy/fresh eating spots like this. Keep up the amazing work!

Fresh and tasty as the name implies, I would recommend getting the small bowl as the big ball doesn’t seem to have much more except for maybe a scoop of rice and a little more meat. They’re exactly the same size bowl. The Asian taco was pretty darn good but the tortillas could have been steamed or cooked a little better as they were a little on the tough side. I saw a lot of people getting juices and I kind of wished I would have got one, but the water was fine at this time 😉
