We waited for 40 minutes in the drive thru. We waited 20 minutes to get to the window and pay, which felt like so long. But when we paid, they said they were just dropping the chicken… why wouldn’t they drop it when it was ordered? I was astonished. I have worked many, many fast food places and there is absolutely no reason why it would take so long to get the food. There was only one person in front of us and the lobby was empty.

Horribly slow and some of the workers don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Waited over 20 minutes in line in the drive thru and haven’t reached the pay window. There wasn’t even anybody in the lobby. By the time we got our food it wasn’t even fresh and had cold fries which weren’t even half full. I don’t know if I’ll continue to support this location when it’s like this every single time.

I was pretty disappointed with my service this last time I went. When we pulled up to the drive through it took a few minutes for them them to even say welcome to Arby’s. Then when we received our food we ate half of the beef and cheddar sandwiches before getting any cheddar. The large fries were half empty and barely warm. I don’t know that I will be going back to this location

Three strikes, I’m out. I’ve been to this particular location 3 times now and will not be returning. Each time there was a problem with the order -no roast beef, for example. The staff talk loudly about personal stuff. It makes it awkward to sit in the dining room. I give 2 stars instead of no stars because the staff did try to make it up to us by offering a free dessert each time.

I don’t enjoy leaving this review, but I genuinely just want things to change at this location given that it is one of the only fast food places in Smithfield. For a while now, every time I stop by, the fries (& I’m assuming the other deep fried menu items) taste like stale oil. I’ve always really liked Arby’s curly fries in the past, but it’s as though the oil isn’t changed regularly & it’s really gross.

Have been there three times, twice my order was totally wrong. I get the greek gyro with no tomato. Once I got a turkey club, and they just gave me some Buffalo something. Don’t bother going unless you’re ok with eating just whatever they feel like giving you.

Food was like any other arbys. Service was problematic. Had to wait several minutes just to place our order because noone was manning the register. After placing order, it took longer than normal to get the food, and even then parts were missing. Sounded like the staff in the back was either new, or not the “a team” and struggled to keep up.

The Smithfield location is always a favorite for us, the staff here is amazing they take excellent care of us and are always willing to get our order right ! They are polite and friendly always ! The Food is always served hot and prepared nicely. Thank you for making this one of our favorite places to stop for a quick meal

Not the first time we’ve left a drive through dissatisfied, but the 30-40 minute wait and then messing up our order falls in line with the other reviews left this last year. We didn’t get the milk in our kids meal, no fries on our combo meal, and a sandwich we didn’t have on our order in place of our fries. There are three workers available so we cut some slack, but that was almost half our order that was missing or wrong.
