The absolute slowest McDonald’s ever. Have to wait 5 mins every time at the speaker box even when they aren’t other customers. Order is always wrong. Customer service is sub par. Take a look at my iced “coffee” more like cup of cream.

I ordered a qpc meal last night. It took 20 minutes to receive. Also the meat patty was in three pieces on the bun. I’m done with this location because it never fails to either get something wrong or the sandwich is trashed.

I waited at the drive thru speaker for over 5 minutes before I was allowed to order with no other cars in front of me and over 4 cars piled up behind me. The employee taking my order was very short, curt, and did not apologize for the wait or being rude.

We Showed up to pick up a doordash order and rang there bell. We waited 30 minutes in the lobby as an employee named Monica continued to make rude comments towards us and cuss. This is so unprofessional. We unassigned our doordash order and will not be returning to for any orders in the future. This was the most ridiculous and unprofessional interaction I’ve ever had with another human being. The way Monica treated us while we sat there patiently waiting for our order not talking is beyond ridiculous. How hard is it to show another human basic respect. That’s wild. I’m beyond angry with the service received by this location. We were told that we just needed to wait because they only had 4 employees at the time. During the time we were there they sent 3 employees on break at the same time. This is no where near the right way to run a shift. This location is actually so unorganized and messed up. Monica will be the reason we will not return. The disrespect is unbelievable.

This has to be the slowest restaurant on planet Earth. They constantly get the orders wrong and take FOREVER to do anything. I’ve now been sitting waiting for the order for 28 minutes (2 McChicken and a fry) and watched 7 cars hi through the drive thru only to have 3 other cars join after. They don’t care about customers, quality, speed, or service. How this place is still in business is beyond me.

I placed a mobile order at 12:03pm. We didn’t pull out of the mobile order parking spot with food in-hand until 12:27pm. I was hopeful that they were just backed up.. and our food hadn’t been sitting out but the temperature would suggest otherwise.

Got chicken nuggets to take home for my kids. Didn’t get his dip so I went inside to get it; no big deal… stood inside for 20min. Listening to staff chit-chat about someone who got drunk. Two staff refilled their slushy drink. Had some girl yelling about her code. They took one walk in order the whole time. But messed it up. What a mess!! I work in food so i get being busy but this was Really bad customer service! Not one person working made eye contact.

They got my child’s happy meal toy wrong, and their chocolate milk is sour (pretty sure it’s expired). Never coming back.
