We did a online order for pickup, cost us 87 dollars for 4 meals. Went picked up the order, upon arriving home only 1 mile away the food was straight from the cooler nothing was warm. Fries tasted like they were cooked from last months oil and also cold. Not impressed

There were three cars ahead of me, and I sat in the drive through line for 25 minutes. The workers were goofing off and doing anything other than making food. When they finally handed me my order, the food was barely warm, and they forgot parts of my order. The shake they gave me was a mess and spilling over the sides. Train your employees better.

We came to get lunch and found the experience underwhelming. The bathrooms were not stocked stocked and less then satisfactory in cleanliness,We got crinkle fries and the first time they were old, and the second time they were fresh but still tasted off due to the oil they were cooking them in. We had little meat on our sandwiches and there was no ice available. We won’t be returning any time soon

We’ve been here twice and so far when we have came it’s team but going teenagers that quickly throw your food together. Our sandwiches were cold and arby sauce every where except inside! Barely any cheese and our fries were cold and dried out. This is twice now so we definitely won’t be coming back.

We went through the drive through. It took forever despite only 2 cars ahead of us. They got both my drink and food order wrong. The sliders were a huge mess of sauce and soggy bread wrapped in paper and the fries were put in upside down.

This place is a horrible experience. Ordered ahead on this app, says to pick up in the lobby, lobby is closed. Many many cars in the drive thru, this is a waste of time. I have had issues here almost every time I’ve been here. Unless you want to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes, I would not eat here.

I’m not exaggerating when I say The last 3 times I’ve come, I’ve sat at the drive-through window for 4-6 minutes without so much as a “hello” or “we’ll be right with you”. Just sitting there waiting to be helped. Don’t bother. Used to be great. Seems like no one is even in there.
