Always friendly service! The young ladies remember us when we arrived yesterday and last week when we visited Brigham city.. We get the ham and, Swiss sandwiches special always good! They even bring the order to our table when it’s ready! Best service in Brigham City!

I had a perfect experience this morning, the manager who rung us up was very nice and friendly, the restaurant was clean and smelled good and when we sat down instead of calling our names she was nice enough to bring it to us at our table. This was by far the best arby’s meal I’ve ever had, the food was hot and fresh and the portions of roast beef and fries was generous and everything tasted amazing. When leaving she smiled and said have a good day. I just moved here but I can guarantee that I’ll be back just because of the experience I’ve had today. You’re awesome!

Food sucked service was awful, got shorted two orders of curly fries but the people who work there were to dumb to even try to work it out so I just left. It was very clear that whoever was helping me needed to be trained. They didn’t know how to do anything. All fast food in Brigham City sucks

Every single time I come here it’s exceptional service. Idk what they’re doing but they’re doing it right! Wonderful employees and wonderful food. Our drive through attendant tonight named chelsie was a pleasure to deal with and guaranteed that we will return!

Came back to try again after several months. Staff was fine, maybe a little bored looking, but it wasn’t busy so I get it. Sandwich was fine. Au jus was a bit watered down, the curly fries were on the older side, but like I said, they weren’t busy, so I got leftovers. The fountain soda machine had no ice and the soda was no cold either. I had to ask them for ice. Dining room was clean, which I do appreciate. I like that the A/C wasn’t blowing on high, so I could enjoy my meal and not freeze to death.

I ordered fries and steak nuggets, they made me wait my entire half hour lunch. People who came in well after me we were servered before me. Not worth it to come here on a lunch break.

It was quite and slow they messed up my classic beef and cheddar there was no sauce or cheese just a lot of meet more then a classic has. The curly fries were hot and amazing and my mom devoured her slidders but neither of us could eat the beef sandwich. The staff was friendly but full of errors we said to go and they brought out a tray.

Pretty tired of going through drive thru and my order NEVER being made the way I want, it’s really pretty simple, roast beef gyro EXTRA onion(i say I want quite a few, I like onion) and a side if taziki sauce. When I get to the window they practically ask me what I want again because they didn’t take it down, so I order for a second time, and they STILL DONT PUT EXTRA ONION AND A SIDE IF SAUCE IN THE BAG! Then I have to honk at them to get their attention and tell them for a 3rd time I want extra onion and sauce, and they look at me like I’m some crazy guy. I JUST WANT MY ORDER TO BE CORRECT FOR ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!( apparently that’s too much to ask for.
