The driver left the store with our food and I assume other orders as well because it took over an hour to deliver. My home is 2.8 miles away from dominos all the food was cold and the pizza was crushed. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Dominos hire more people and pay them more. The delivery insurance on the app is useless if it doesn’t work (I tried twice). Please do better.

11/23/2025 Just wanted to hop on and edit my review. This is the very last time I do business here. I normally was buying pizza weekly. That is over. This location hires the most incompetent staff they couldn’t even be bothered to cut the pizza. They weren’t even busy.
Not a fan of the quality of the pizza that I have received from this particular dominos. The service is okay and the food is prepared in a timely manner. I only buy pizza the week I have my daughters and even they are very disappointed with pizza from here.

The pizza was baked with very high quality.
The restroom was very clean.
Three pizzas and a sandwich were ready quickly in less than 20 minutes.

When I was a delivery driver 30+years ago, I would keep Parmasan and red peppers in my vehicle for customers.
The customers were happy and it reflected in the tips.
I had a pizza delivered to me last week and asked for them but driver didn’t have any. It was reflected in her tip.

First order was burnt. No sauce on the pizzas. Called and asked for a new order. Took almost 90
Minutes for a replacement. The delivery by Salem was courteous and professional.

Asked for Manager, rude man on phone claimed to be the manager. I again. Requested the correct pizza. HE INSISTED I PAY FOR IT.
I did worried that, The pizza would be contaminated.
Replacement pizza arrived with no cheese, almost NO toppings.
I got food poisoning within the hour.
This store is badly mismanaged.
I will never order from them again.
Do not get any food at this location. Dirty, disgusting,and rude.

Worst order experience ever. Order delivery due to being in town.
Order gluten free crust for pie cut! And added chicken to the Hawaiian Deluxe. Didn’t get the chicken pizza not cut right. Who eats square cut round pizzas? And not only that not even cut all the way through.
Drive to shop get offered to get remade but in about 30 plus minutes as well they’re too busy to answer the phones or redo their mistakes. Put a small credit on account but didn’t offer to add the chick to the pizza either!
Oh and now gluten free crusts get burnt as they’ve redone oven, which is about time. Last one I got was literally burnt.
Oh and ordered a coke. It was warm. So cold pizza warm soda. Little opposite there.
Update: guy on duty claims to have put $25 back on my account yet, $0 money was put on and got zero responses! No one answers the phone. Super pissed off.

One of your drivers just almost crashed into me around 4:20 near the armory. He was driving super fast and recklessly. I tried to call the store to let the manager know 2 times and no one answered the phone.
ETA: I ordered a pizza over the weekend. It was THREE HOURS late and freezing cold and rock hard when I got it. I’ve tried to give yall other chances but the management is horrible. I won’t be back.

Ordered 2 speciality classic buffalo chicken, and a spinach feta pizza. Pizza person was happy, so thats great. But our speciality chicken came in pretty bad.
We called to have the order remade and the remake wasn’t much more appealing. Remade there was an abundance of sauce and unmelted cheese.
I realize that what we are ordering amounts to chicken nuggets with toppings but y’all could have done better. Similar order two weeks ago was good, what happened?
