Well, I have to say it’s pretty disgusting that I get all this rotten lettuce in my sandwich and to top it off I paid for extra bacon, which I don’t know when one piece of bacon in your sandwich is considered extra and the sandwich is supposed to have other items on it, which just aren’t even there and to add insult to injury. This place is in capable of answering their phones after calling five different times.

Me and my mother have been going to this arby’s since it opened and most of the time it’s not that bad. Today though was the worst experience I have had there. They were out of marinara sauce the fries seemed to be undercooked and the rest of the food was semi cold. The staff seemed to be distracted and on their phones and no one really greated you or made you feel welcome I hope to see the staff improve in the future

Walked in to order, and the kid standing at the order counter wouldn’t look up from playing with the order screen. Waited for five minutes while the various kids in there wandered around, looking at me but never saying a word. Kid couldn’t be bothered to take an order, so I left and went to Wendy’s.

Rarely does one encounter exceptional customer service from a young individual at a fast food establishment. Holden, however, exceeded all expectations and delivered an outstanding experience. His proficiency in articulating every detail and his respectful demeanor compelled me to acknowledge his remarkable performance while waiting at the window. I must commend his parents for raising him to be an exemplary individual at such a young age. Keep it up. It doesn’t go unnoticed. You’re someone I would love to be answering my business calls.

The food was hot and service not bad but the wait wasn’t long either, the only thing that was wrong with my order was the Andes mint chocolate shake. It had no crushed Andes chocolate pieces in it which is why I like the shake. Service was fine though, I will go back for food again that’s for sure.
