I’m DISGUSTED. I order a roast beef classic and it had green patches all over the meet and smelt absolutely awful to the point when I opened it I got nauseous. I’m reporting this immediately this is disgusting. I expect a full refund for this order. This is such a bad health hazard please check the meet.

Very Dangerous to be serving undercooked chicken. I had to drive back and request a new sandwich, which they happily made, but with multiple reviews I’m seeing of undercooked or problems with food, this is an issue that needs to be fixed. Thanks to the counter staff that was happy to fix it.

I had a really pleasant experience at this Arby’s. I came in with a friend to pick up an early dinner and was impressed with how well maintained everything was. The whole restaurant was clean and organized, and the staff was kind and attentive. The food was made incredibly quick and tasted good. The one thing that was a little strange was how quiet the restaurant was. We were the only guests there since we came at a not busy time. I’m sure it’s not like this all the time, though. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend dining there.

Went to order a family dinner through drive through, but the attendant must not have heard me order kids chicken nuggets (I just got the nuggets, no meal). The food was typical fast food, though I did get a plastic clip in my brisket sandwich. The chocolate shake was great!
Update: I’ve been back a few times since and haven’t had any issues. Shakes are still great. The food is good.

Just moved to the area and was so excited to have an Arby’s next to our new house. My boyfriend and I went through the drive through, I ordered a classic beef and cheddar, he ordered a french dip and then another French dip for his dad. Him and his dad said their food was fine but my beef and cheddar was simply just beef and a bun. No sauce, no cheese. It was disgusting. Fry was filled maybe half way, they got my boyfriend’s drink wrong and all of our food was cold. We were the only ones there, 3 hours before they closed, we waited at the drive through window for probably close to 20 minutes to get our food. Why our food was cold and why it took 20 minutes to get 3 food items is beyond me. Oh and they had already closed their shake machine…3 hours before closing?.. I understand not wanting to make them and clean the machines but that was disappointing. The whole experience was overall not good. I would not recommend going here. You’re just throwing your money away ♀️

Well, I have to say it’s pretty disgusting that I get all this rotten lettuce in my sandwich and to top it off I paid for extra bacon, which I don’t know when one piece of bacon in your sandwich is considered extra and the sandwich is supposed to have other items on it, which just aren’t even there and to add insult to injury. This place is in capable of answering their phones after calling five different times.
