I went there the other night with my wife and got the boneless wing special only to find out you have to use the magic phrase ” with fries” to get fries when you place the order as a meal. We got the soda that comes with it even, and when i went inside the employee told me that it was their fault, and then proceeded to let me know that next time i order, i need to ask for fries, wether i stated i want the meal or not. Still never got my damn fries. Lol read the small print! Even when its not even printed i guess? ‍♂️

I just went in tonight about 7pm. It’s 7:30 as I’m writing this. I ordered 2 beef n brisket meals. I asked for one mean just not to have the spicy sauce. I stopped on my way out of town sat in the drive through nobody came, pulled up went inside. Ordered. One of my beef n briskets didn’t have any roast beef on the bottom, no pickles, and no crunchy onions or whatever they are. It’s like a toddler made it.. I was super upset by the time I saw it we were on the freeway and I paid like $28 and one of my meals was made poorly. Not impressed..

I like their roast beef sandwiches but they keep the dining area so cold that you can’t enjoy your meal and the food cools off very quickly. Please turn the thermostat up.

Went through the drive thru last week and ordered a $5 sandwich. The girl at the window ran my card then a couple minutes later said it didn’t go through and ran it again. The next morning I noticed I had 2 charges on my card, one that was mine and one for $30 which I’m assuming was for the car in front of me. I called and spoke with the manager the next morning and explained the situation and asked to have the charge refunded and he just said he didn’t know how to do that. I asked that he find someone who could help and gave him all the information. He clearly didn’t really care about the issue and seemed like he was annoyed that I was calling. I never heard back so I guess I just paid $35 for a roast beef sandwich.

Food was great! We really like going there But the girl in glasses taking my order tonight at 6:45 pm was very rude at the window.Never smiled. Just to the point, very unfriendly. I asked her for sum ranch. When she came back, she Lliterally dropped it in my hand.. like a toss , like I was a bother. Then shut the window while i was saying thank you. Not impressed with her customer service

I have been to this location quite a bit and it’s always been ok, today I pulled up to the drive thru and got drenched by their sprinkler system, so I drove to the window to order because I didn’t feel like getting drenched, the manager opened the window and said I didn’t hear you at the speaker and I said that’s because the sprinklers were spraying me as soon as I rolled down my window. She took my order and said I would have to pull up front and wait because I didn’t order at the right place, It’s about a 5 second difference, but whatever I do it. Another car pulled up to the order speaker and ordered (the sprinklers were off by now) they get their food and leave, meanwhile I’m still waiting, after about 5 more minutes I go in to see what the hold up is, they say it takes longer because I didn’t order at the right place. So they basically slow walked my order because the sprinklers are out of adjustment.

The new Arby’s is great. Just what you’d expected from a fast food restaurant. We each had a fish burger which was delicious and a French dip which was also delicious. The only downfall to this place is that they really need to have someone keeping it clean. The tables were all dirty as was the floor.

New Arby’s in town. Great service from the young lady who took my order. It’s her 1st job and she’s doing great. The rest of the team is kicking butt too. Food was hot and they got it to me quick. And of course it was delicious. Check them out
