Arby’s is one of my favorite fast food places. So I was excited to try their Steak Nuggets. They look tasty and substantial. Unfortunately, the reality is a little disappointing. I ordered the 9 piece to try and share. They tasted very good. There were only 8 pieces and most of them were very small. From what I saw on TV, I expected them to be about 1 inch by 1 inch. There were 2 that size, the rest were about 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch or slightly bigger. I also got curly fries which were as good as always.

I am so sick of getting cold food from this place. They weren’t busy at all seems I was the only one in their drive thru and yet they take forever to get you your food. Id assume if it took so long then the food should atleast be hot but its always cold. Guess we know why they never have any business and all the Fair food places around them are constantly busy.

I got TWO measly slices of meat in my smokehouse beef brisket sandwich. What gives? This is one of the more expensive sandwiches because it has more meat, but this has less than the kid’s meal sandwich.

Sadly a bad night for the crew at Arby’s. We ended up going somewhere else. We gave them a good chance but we never got to even order. Not even an acknowledgement. Management needs to revamp everything.

Our curly fries did not taste fresh. We took them back and asked them for fresh ones. With in 35 seconds, they brought out some fries and we poured them out and they were glossy with oil like they had put our fries back in the frier and served us the same fries. They didn’t look fresh nor taste fresh the second time around. We asked them if they were fresh out of the freezer and they said yes but 35 seconds is not long enough to cook up fresh fries. Very disappointed!

I like Arby’s. Just not this location. They got my order wrong. When it was brought to their attention. They didn’t want to give me correct sandwich just a free sweet or fry. Even though the cost was the same. So I didn’t want a freebe, just the correct sandwich. When things like this happen. I just take my business elsewhere. Don’t know if my experience was because of poor management or what.

I ordered 2 Swiss bacon chicken sandwiches meals! They were ice cold the chicken in the sandwiches were just a sliver of meat and in some places there was no chicken just breading! It was awful! Lettuce bacon and tomato was good! Never going again!
