The crinkle fries and curly fries were really old and stale. We asked for new ones and the agreed. The gave us fresh curly, but they forgot about the crinkle. The gyro was good, really good. When I went back inside to ask about my crinkle fries after sitting in the parking lot eating my entire meal. They realized they forgot. The new ones were not much better sadly. The restaurant seems really poorly staffed. One lady in drive-through was working as fast as possible. The other two could careless about the restaurant and it’s customers. We won’t be stopping back here. Hopefully management gets things cleaned up!

I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch combo. Ordering was quick but when I got to the window the girl took my card for payment then asked me to move forward and she would bring my order out to me. There were already 2 vehicles ahead of me waiting for their orders. The employee came out with multiple bags and asked me if I had the medium combo. I said I had the medium Turkey bacon Ranch. She handed me the bag and I looked inside and everything looked to be there. The sandwich was wrapped in the appropriate sandwich paper. I proceeded to drive home. When I opened my sandwich it was some kind of hot, thick sliced, tainted smelling meat. It nearly turned my stomach from smell. I live 15 mile out of town and it was late at night so taking it back was not an option. I tried calling but kept getting a busy signal. I did enjoy my fries and Dr. Pepper.

I came in to this store to try their new Wagu burger. It was the worst hamburger I have ever had. A Big Mac would have been a big improvement. The burger was not hot, half cooked (still partially raw inside), thrown into the wrapping and crushed. No napkins st all in the store, no employee to even ask for napkins, drink machine covered in splatter, and the tables were not cleaned.

I went to the drive-thru. Got the four roast beef for $10 to buns or hard like they’re overcooked to meat at a off taste. Fries were good service and everything else was good. Just those roast beef sandwiches

Always liked their food, but today when we walked in, our shoes stuck to the floor. The drink station was gross. Didn’t want to touch anything. Dining room was no exception. Not a single clean table to be found. Floors were a mess. Not sure if I will ever revisit Batesville Arby’s again.

I wish I could give a zero for service. There was a line wrapped around the building the other night (Monday July 31st) @ 8:30 to 9 when we arrived. We finally got to order. They asked us and 3 others to pull forward and they would bring our food out. My fiancee got upset after waiting 15 minutes for our food and decided to go in. No one was in the kitchen or at the register. The “manager”, simoan looking guy, was out back smoking. Brian hollered for anyone. A girl came out of the back. He asked what was going on. She didn’t have an answer so he asked for the manager. She went and got him and he got in my fiancee face over the counter. Brian told him what he thought if his managerial skills and he didn’t much appreciate it. We will not be back. The fries were old and stale and the meat on my beef and cheddar was cold. Had we not already paid, we would have left without our food.

Every was dirty, they were not busy. Asked to wash a table so we could sit down and eat. Floor was dirty also needed sweeping. Condiments were empty so husband had to ask for some .they filled arby sauce, but nothing else, wanted honey mustard so just did without. Someone came in and asked about turnovers, server yelled,”do we have a y turnovers or did we forget to make them?” There were none. Bathroom very dirty. Clearly there is no manager on duty or else one who didn’t care. We really like Arby’s food, but probably won’t be stopping at this location again.

We recently went and was kind of disappointed. They could only accept cash and had completely ran out of forks.. so trying to eat loaded curly fries was difficult with a spoon . . Also, I was putting ketchup in the little cups and discovered a bug of some sort in the ketchup cup.. gross
