I visited Dominique’s on Friday 7/12/24. Was very impressed. I am a senior, and a vet..My order was served timely, hot and delicious. The waiter was dressed very professional. After such a wonderful evening of dining I referred Dominique to others. One sent me a copy of negative reviews. I am shocked because my guest and I had a wonderful time. The surrounding guests. appeared to be enjoying themselves also. No negative energy anywhere. There was even a valet in the parking lot. I am so sorry for the misfortune of others. Premier has always been a favorite for tasty meals that my friends and I head to when we have that craving. The head chef Clinton is engaging and takes his product seriously and engages in conversations with patrons when time allows. He shared that Friday and Sunday nights are also special themed nights which I noted as I will be back. The prices are super affordable and you definitely get value for money. Our waitress was pleasant and checked on us often. Tonight was exceptional- amazing throwbacks and slow jams. I believe it was the inaugural Slow Jam/SoulFul Wednesdays of the summer and it did not disappoint. It’s worth the drive so I would encourage you to add it to your Wednesday calendar. The drinks, meals and soup did not disappoint but tonight the DJs get a 15 out of 10. I’ll definitely be back.

The bammy added a nice, starchy contrast with its subtle flavor and satisfying texture, while the cabbage surprised me with its unique and savory taste that added depth to the meal. The festival was a sweet treat, rounding out the feast with a slightly sugary and wholesome taste that balanced the rich flavors of the other dishes.

The live band was amazing and the flavor of our fish was good BUT that could not make up for the long wait and the grossly overpriced fish. For $30.00 each we recieved a small fish with 2 bammi sticks if you know anything about what an actual bammi looks like they sliced it into strips and you recieve 2 of those strips which is less than 1/4 and 2 festival. The quantity is unjustifiable, I’m very disappointed would have loved to continue supporting another business. Tropics will continue being my #1 great vibes and equally great food half the price.

The store needs updating. The store was dark with poor lighting. Aisle were cluttered and many of the food shelves were empty and food in the wrong spaces making it difficult to determine prices.

Venue is decent but the security is ridiculous and tries to hustle everyone. $20 expired ID fee, $10 re-entry, $10 bringing outside drinks and you cashapp it directly to him before you even get in the door to pay the venue the actual entry
