Ordered food for lunch, delivered by Door Dash. When we opened everything up, both of our Buffalo Chicken Wraps had quarter sized mold spots on the tortillas. We did not feel comfortable eating the remainder of the food as it had all been bagged together.

Please be respectful of your customers by communicating if/when you know there will be excessive waits; we are all on a schedule and don’t expect to spend 30 minutes stuck in a fast food drive through. Especially being that your drive through doesn’t allow pull out (we watched one customer drive across the grass and on the sidewalk to leave).

I got the Rueben sandwich and a vanilla shake to share for an afternoon snack. The sandwich was great. Luckily for my husband, the shake was so thick that I couldn’t suck on it much while driving home!

Staying at the KOA down the street on our way to Wisconsin. I ordered the Classic Beef ‘N Cheddar Meal and there was hardly any meat or cheese on it. The kid that helped me didn’t greet me or ask what I wanted, I could barely hear him speak when he did talk. Never said thank you. I stood at the counter to ask about a drink carrier and another guy just looked at me, never asked if I needed anything. All around back experience and bad food. I definitely DO NOT recommend this Arby’s!! I looked at the other reviews and the owner obviously doesn’t care about the bad reviews because it seem to be a trend with this Arby’s

We have never had a problem with them before, but we pulled through for a quick lunch. We sat at the speaker waiting to order for over half an hour, unable to get out because of the cars in front of us not moving either. There is not an excuse even if there are large orders, it would be best to have those people pull over out of the line to wait, so people can at least leave the line if they need to before it’s been a whole hour. I have worked at many fast food places and I understand what it’s like to have only one or two people in the kitchen, but there is no excuse for not communicating the situation through the speaker or allowing people out of the line in any case. We didn’t even get food, we wasted our whole lunch break and more for nothing.

Hard to rate atmosphere since my wife and I just went through the drive thru. We get Arbys every once in a while since we live in a small town an hour away. We got their new steakhouse burgers, they were yummy for a place that normally doesn’t do burgers! Drive thru worker was polite and talked at a very nice level.

Hadn’t been to an Arby’s in years. Used to be my favorite. However, food quality seems to haven’t gotten much worse and the prices have gotten out of hand.

I love Arby’s. The place hasn’t fundamentally changed since the 90s. It’s delicious food, but it is expensive, and the employees will hate you for going. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Kitchen quality meals, with Fast food charm.

well first of all i waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and when i finally get to the window and paid for my food the worker hands me back my food with an item missing, and as i’m looking in my bag i notice they didn’t even give me full curly fries, it was like half regular AND HAD A HAIR IN IT. a literal hair in my fries, like that’s nasty dude. after saying something the worker said the hair was unnoticeable so in front of the worker i pull the hair out, he says nothing, shuts the window, and he goes and grabs me a whole different thing of curly fries. like man that’s nasty. arby’s definitely been losing their touch. disgusting and highly unprofessional.
