Second time they messed up big like this. Sent me this and then completely ignored my calls. Whoever the pizza maker is; my god would it kill you to look at the pizza and actually do what your paid for? The thing was stuck to the box from the crust being non-existent. How do you miss sauce/cheese on part of a pizza then cover the rest of it with toppings that look like the aftermath of a drunken game of darts. I’ve been a die hard dominos fan for the past 10 years but y’all gonna put them outta buisness with this sorry excuse of work. So I skipped on even eating it, I wouldn’t wanna imagine the sanitation if this is the finished product.

Ordered a medium 3 topping pizza at a total of $27.00. Arrived on time. No napkins, no parmesan or pepper packets just a sorry from the delivery person after my pre-charged tip of their $4.50 delivery fee and my 20%. Never again, you want a tip, earn it! I just received the most horrible pizza that I’ve ever had in my life. Without a doubt this pizza was old and had been sitting in a box on the counter. It was cold, the toppings were scarce, and the crust was flat and had the texture of cardboard. I hate flat crust. I ordered a hand tossed crust but the crust I got was not hand tossed. And the bacon ranch sandwich that I ordered was practically all bread there was a little bit of ranch on it with very little bacon and very little chicken, it was warm but I believe that the sandwich was not freshly made. I guess it was my fault because I did not open the box and look to see what I was receiving before I took it out of the store and went 7 miles to my house. But I do know this-I will never order pizza from the Domino’s on Lamar Avenue in Paris Texas ever again. Hunt Brothers pizza from a gas station is far superior to what I just received today. It is a sad day when gas station pizza is better than a pizza from Domino’s.

Disappointing location with no customer service skills. I recently went to order from this location and was unable to complete my order due to the staff ignoring phones and trying to shut down early. I reached out to them 45 minutes before closing time and while I understood that could be an issue with quality of food sometimes I didn’t expect to not even be able to get an order put in. The staff shut down online ordering for delivery and they shut down phone access. When I attempted to call they let the phone ring continuously even though they were still open and because of the time I spent trying to order from this location I lost out on other opportunities for food. Disappointing to say the least and indicative of some of the other reviews I’m seeing about issues at this location. I would recommend ordering from somewhere else and it looks like Domino’s needs to genuinely take a look at this location and put some hands on to make sure things get corrected.

I love our dominos in Paris. The employees are so friendly and greet me by name. They have only gotten my order wrong once and quickly replaced the mistake with no questions. They are even good about getting half and half pizzas right without topping being on the wrong side. We eat here at least once a week.
