We had coupons, and we hadn’t been to Arby’s in years. So we decided to try it again. First, the food was OK, guy behind the counter was nice, but very busy. The restaurant was filthy. Tables dirty, floor dirty, flies everywhere. I had hoped that it would be okay. But it was very disappointing. Your best bet if you’re eating at Arby’s is to go to the drive-up. Don’t eat inside. It’s horrible!

My mom and I stopped here on Monday evening, the roast beef was dried out and a strong odor coming from both our sandwiches. We ordered a medium crinkle fry and they were so cold that we couldn’t even eat them. The girls working could have cared less. Needless to say that will be my last trip here. $18.00 for something we threw away because you couldn’t eat it!

The hours at this location is crazy you never know when they are going to be open. On a positive note the food is always good and fresh . I do however get the wrong order time to time or the wrong fries . I tried the new Diablo chicken and its pretty good . The bun is a little weird but flavor is good stuff !

Went to Arby’s at around 12:30 for a snack. The woman working the front counter was the awesome. She may of been a manager, she delegated the rest of staff in a professional manner, if she isn’t a manager she should be.

So I have not been to this Arby’s in a while . Stopped by on my lunch break for a quick bite . I regret it The meat was not Flavorful at all . I couldn’t even finish my sandwich . The cheese sticks tasted Great and service was fast and friendly . Oh also dead NAT by drink station . No I’ll pass next time and order somewhere else

I felt welcome until the shift manager was openly coughing around the front counter and where the food was being prepared. Got my sandwich, and about a third of it was off the bun. The table was also sticky. Other than that, it was okay…other than the alleged drug exchange going on between 2 non-customers at the back of the south-side of the parking lot.

This is what my experience was like at this Arby’s located in Valparaiso IN on Calumet Ave. I arrived here around 10am on 8/14/2023 to purchase my lunch before work. I pull up to the drive thru and this is what I saw before I can even order not to mention waiting before someone responded to take my order. At the time it was only me. Someone finally addressed me by asking me if I could come inside because of a delivery truck blocking the drive thru. As the lady is speaking there are several other cars pulling up but turning around leaving because of the blocking from the delivery truck. So the lady finally comes outside to my car and asks to take my order and what payment method will be used. I told her my order which was the Greek gyro meal and that I will be paying with cash, and can she make sure it’s hot and fresh. I also asked her how long the delivery truck will be before moving because I can wait so that she wouldn’t have to keep walking outside to my car because I didn’t feel well enough to come inside the store, even though it’s after 10am and this is unacceptable considering other cars are turning around because of this meaning losing money/ business. So I’m waiting she’s coming through the intercom and asked if I can backup my car out the drive thru because the delivery truck is going to be a awhile. By time I reverse my car to the dine inn door I waited more time for my food just to get it and it’s not even fresh nor hot . I’m so upset at this point because of the inconvenience this early morning on top of me having to be at work. I asked for a manager but couldn’t speak to one because of helping with delivery truck. Ok fine, so I asked if I can get accommodated for the inconvenience and wait time. She goes ask her manger Justin who was very rude and he stated No in those exact words. Never once took the time to apologize for the inconvenience of the drive thru or anything just plan rude and thought my experience was a joke. This is unacceptable customer service. I will not return to this location ever because of the rudeness and the way the manager Justin treated me. This needs to be addressed for future customers service to other customers.

What in the world, when you walk in and think maybe mcdonalds would have been a better choice.
The manager running the shift does not understand how to talk to people. I asked a question and she turned around during me ordering to complete another bag of food. The whole staff looks dirty. I feel bad saying that but. The store is gross.
Pop flat. Fries cold. Buns are flat. Super awful experience. Built sloppy. And for $20… sad, I remember when this joint was a top notch place to get fast food. It is bad enough i don’t want my food remade.
The food was fast but to fast… I could have ate anywhere.
