Cashier was really busy flirting to begin with and there was only one person at front, 3 others gossiping on the side. Order my food, Wagyu Burger..Asked for No Lettuce, NO onion, no Tomato..Well, got back to the truck and there it all was. Nasty place and I don’t recommend. Their County Score is a B…It is for a reason.

After waiting about 5 mins for someone to come to the front and offer to take my order, i was informed they were out of Roast Beef. How does ANY fast food place run out of their signature trademarked item? Customer service was bad AND they can’t do inventory. Good job, Manager! You had ONE job! Don’t run out of Roast Beef!

While ordering our food, we asked for two cups of cheddar. The person at the register didn’t know how to ring it up and so we placed our order without it. Still wanting a cup of cheddar, she asked her manager how to ring it up but they didn’t have lids. While the manager was nearby, I asked if she could fill my cup with sweet tea but she told me “you have to go fill it on the other side.” Despite the fact that the sweet tea for the staff to use for the drive thru was literally 2 steps beside her, I was quite confused what she meant by other side and was met with rudeness with her response. In the end, the food was done fast and correct, but could have definitely been a better experience.

Food was fine. Understaffed. Drive thru didn’t have a sign stating that they were only taking orders inside. Messy dining area. Cashier nice & efficient. Kitchen staff and janitor moved s l o w l y. 5 sets of customers were waiting for their orders. Whole experience took 30 minutes.

Arbys,my husband used a coupon for 2 bacon beef and cheddar sandwich for $8.00 took the coupon at Arby’s and charged $10.78 + $3.00 for bacon plus tax, went back and talked to the Manager and all she could say is they do not have that sandwich. We used coupons that came in the mail and was told by the arbys manager that arbys does not sell that sandwich will not waste my money again on such nasty high price food. She should have refunded me $3.00 but nope, Arby’s thinks they can over charge customers. Rude staff It will not happen again. I also got the new fish fillets 5pc, so much grease

Out of everything multiple weeks in a row. No wraps, no shakes, no buffalo what so ever, curly fries, no turkey. Literally had we are out of list on paper on the counter and then added to it when we ordered. Yet fryer baskets were already full of waiting cooked fries and cheese sticks getting cold and disgusting. Not to mention that’s a health code food violation for food sitting out cooked for lord knows how long. Probably had all the food. Seems more that the workers are lazy and don’t want to work. Left again with no food. We are truckers we do not have the luxury of driving all over town figuring out what we want and with our big rig it’s not like we can go through a driver thru up the road either.
