My wife and I agreed on Arby’s for a fast dinner. She had the double roast beef and I had the Reuben, both with curly fries and sweet tea. The attendant actually brought our food before we sat down. Everything was delicious and an attractive presentation. Located in Loves.

Sandwich and fries were good. Unable to get the soda i paid for as there was no carbonation only syrup when I went to get my drink. I told the employee who told me to go to Loves to get carbonation as she didn’t know how to change it. No warning, no offer of refund. Went to loves and they only had carbonation. No syrup. No signs or apologies there either. Wow, not used this lack of customer service. Why not put up signs or warn you when you purchase. Instead employees in both places couldn’t be bothered to do anything at all. W do not recommend coming here

Place was not clean, trash in the floor dispensers dirty, no salt packs out, NO Arby sauce dispenser at all AND totally to top it off, OUT OF ROAST BEEF AND HAMBURGERS!!!

Had to settle for chicken strips. Cannot recommend them.
Glad they brought the potato cakes back, but here they were greasy and undercooked.
Avoid this place like the plague, which you might get here!

We get up there to order our food, immediately they dont have chicken for the chicken sandwiches. Okay. I order the roast beef and the lady orders the tenders. We apparently got the last of each. I saw several people after us get up to order, and all they had were fries and fish. Who is buying fish from an Arby’s? They did not have the meats. Mind you, we ordered at like 11:30 am on a Sunday. That means they had some unhappy people the rest of the day.

Absolutely horrible,I just visited this place and ordered a burger no burgers available so the steak pieces stopped last last month but still on menu,got a number 13 no onions loaded with onions, wanted a shake machine down got a fountain drink no ice,no curly fries,no ketchup I paid 13 dollars and change for this slap in the face I took sandwich back to counter and got attitudes from the employees this is why I truly believe Arby’s should not be in business, absolutely horrible experience. I can’t bring myself to give even 1 star. And the loves truck stop is a whole horrible experience. This all took place on 12/25/25 FREAKING XMAS DAY U THINK THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE BUT NO!

We had nothing to eat because they had NO ROAST BEEF at 2:30 in the afternoon! We have been driving across 3 states since 9 am and we were hungry!!! This is deplorable! This is terrible planning on the part of your management!!! Your restaurant has just lost two lifelong customers! You should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you do business!!! The only reason I am giving you a one rating is because there are no zeros! Terrible!!

Arby’s steak nuggets, 2 out of the 18 that I tried were soft and juicy, the other 16 were hard and dry as a rock. They 2 soft and juicy ones were good. Other than that my experience with the staff was great.

Traveling through MS and stopped for a quick meal around 2pm. Honestly, I’m kind of baffled that most of the reviews here aren’t good. The food was hot and fresh, the employees were kind and friendly (thanks Kierra!) and it wasn’t super dirty either. I’d go again.

When you have a 1.8 rating that is blamed on 2 two things the Owner and Management. Neither obviously give a darn about the Arby’s name or quality. Pitiful food and service and person making food grabbing her phone every 2 minutes.
