Be extremely careful when ordering. Make absolutely sure they understand what you want. Double check your order before you leave. Fairly quick but I got fooled once and almost again on second visit. Courteous folks. Food is a grade above most fast food restaurants.

Wow! Arby’s has really improved since the last time I’ve been there. The order-taker, Bruce, was top-notch employee. I got the Wagyu Steakhouse burger and crinkle-cut fries and they were both delicious. Especially the fries! This restaurant has redeemed Arby’s in my eyes. Will be back.

Great service! Our order came out fresh and hot, and Rhonda was fantastic. She took our order in a timely fashion as well as being personable and polite! Definitely coming back as long as she’s here!

Always friendly staff here. Depending on time of day can be very busy especially with truck drivers eating here also, so be patient. Food always taste good but still suggest you check your order as again it can get busy. Enjoy stopping here as it’s convenient to I-10.

Horrible, I ordered a medium Turkey bacon sandwich with a peach lemonade as my drink and my fries was extremely cold, the waitress did not give me a receipt, and she gave me small peach lemonade instead of a medium wh which is what I ordered. I feel like I got robbed. I ordered my food round 4:30. Check your food before you go.

Was waiting for my food till im assuming a regular came with a dog. Lady behind the counter went to play, pet, and feed the dog. Then went right back to fixing food no hand washing or nothing. Unbelievable.

The worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. First they were out of mozzarella sticks. Annoying since they are part of a 2 for $7 promotion. Then they had us pull up out of the way to wait on a chicken sandwich. The girl said we had to pull up so it looked like they had already served us. Apparently they are judged on the speed of the drive thru. But it’s false since we didn’t get served right away. Then after a good wait they brought our food out the back door in a sack with no napkins or the sauces we asked for. So I had to walk back to the window to get them. When I got back to the car my wife informed me it wasn’t what we ordered in the bag. I went back to the window and the kid (every employee was basically a child) said I had to bring my receipt and the food inside if I wanted the right order. So inside I went where I waited another five minutes before finally getting the food I ordered. During my wait they announced to the line of people waiting to order that they wouldn’t be taking orders for at least ten minutes so they could get caught up. I’ve never heard of any fast food restaurant doing that. Not one person working there seemed to care at all.Don’t bother eating here. Just head to the next town.

The shift leader Ashley seem to more interested in one of our employees going to take a smoke break then the customers. My wife and I walked in as a black employee walked out to take what I assume was a smoke break. Ashley looked directly at this employee and ignored my wife and I while other employees greeted us. The young lady who took our order was nice and called out our order to the back. Ashley packed my order and called me name. As I was getting situated with my wife and son to eat I noticed that we did not get two of the four sandwiches we ordered. I go up to the counter to inform Ashley of this error and instead of asking to see my receipt. She immediately blame the cashier and stated that she did not ring me up for the four sandwiches. I quickly corrected Ashley and tell her that the cashier in fact did ring me up for the four sandwiches. Ashley told me no she didn’t so I went back to my table to grab my receipt and showed it to Ashley. Ashley went to the back to inquire about my two additional sandwiches and was told that they were waiting on the chicken tenders. I’m going back to my table and as I was sitting there eating I can hear Ashley tell another employee that she was going to look for the black employee that walk out. As Ashley was walking through Love’s the black employee who had only been gone maybe 5 minutes came walking back in. Ashley popped out of one of the aisles and came walking back into Arby’s. A few moments pass and the black employee walked past me and my wife without his uniform on. It appeared that he had been sent home. Ashley then brought my last two sandwiches out and apologized for the wait. As I stated the beginning of this it seems that Ashley was more interested in what her employees were doing and not the customers. Now this was my first and now my last time coming to this Arby’s. I know that does not mean much as one customer will not hurt Arby’s as a whole. But that type of management style cannot be tolerated.
