This Arby’s is tops for a fast food place. First Jose was friendly and greeted us by asking how we were doing before taking our order. Our food came promptly like fast food should. What really wowed us was seeing them clean. The benches and chairs were moved to thoroughly sweep under them. I’ve haven’t seen that happen except in homes. The entire place was neat and clean, bathrooms too.

With all my heart, I WISH I was making this up….. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and didn’t even make it a third through before I looked at the sandwich I just bit into and found half of a bug… I’m sick to my stomach. I only ordered Mozzarella sticks and Was told to park up Front, and they will bring it out to me. The lady was very polite and sweet when she brought it up to me.. Otherwise I wouldn’t even like what the heck but the customer service was courteous and polite.

I stood at the counter for five minutes. No one came to take my order. The only patrons that they care about is people in the drive thru. I don’t recommend eating in the dining area unless you have plenty of time to wait on them to get around to you, if they ever do.

The manager in shift was wearing a playboy bunny jacket. They parked us in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I had to go inside for the manager to tell us that they had been giving our fries to the other cars in the drive thru. I told her I had a baby in the car and needed to go. She assured me my food was about to be ready. I waited 10 more minutes before asking for my money back. She told me that my food was ready and had the cook pull the fries that were still cooking. Our food was cold, incorrect, and disgusting. The tea was undrinkable. Avoid!

The food was good. The service took forever. There was only myself and a lady in line. The booths/tables were dirty. I only saw one adult working. The rest were teenagers. I doubt if I will ever go back.

The food was good as always. There was a very long wait to order and to receive the food, but the food was hot. They were understaffed, but one guy was working his *ss off, so hard, I was gonna tip him $5, but I just had a few 20’s. He was working the drive thru, then actually running, and I mean running the food outside to the cars.
