Literally the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. The fries taste like they were made yesterday. No napkins in the bag. The sandwich is totally smashed, and I wasn’t even offered any type of ketchup or sauce. The best tasting thing is the Dr Pepper.

I just ordered 20 minutes ago, got home and my sandwich looked fine and it said double classic roast beef and they put cheddar on it they had the package for reference too and all of them cheddar I ordered 3 and every place I’ve gone to they get the order wrong and I was rushed at the ordering menu when there was no one else. Just left the drive thru.. this is what my gyro wrap looked like. Where’s the lettuce? Onion? Literally looks like it was just slabbed on in 2 seconds. Not to mention the broken pita… very disappointed. Only 1 other car in the drive thru line also, so they were not busy. It’s also Memorial Day.

I’ve never been in a restaurant which was this cold – in January. When I brought up the temperature I was told it’s always freezing and corporate controls the temperature.
I challenge someone from corporate to show up at this store and say this is acceptable. I’d be surprised if it was 60 degrees in here.
Arby’s – one expects a consistent experience. This one fell short – so cold that my food was cold before I could even finish it. Maybe this why it’s largely empty?

I just went to this location which I have always gone to this one because the food is always hot and fresh and have never had a problem until tonight..I ordered 2 smokehouse briskets and a large curly fry as I always do and paid $20..I normally can’t even eat my entire sandwich cause there is so much meat on it I even take a piece of sometimes even 2 off..lol smh I had 2 pieces of meat when there is suppose to be at least 5 to 6..and normally there is 2 different pieces of cheese which I got cheddar only as well as a white sauce that wasn’t on it either..I did ask for extra fried onions and I definitely got that.i got so much on it like asked and I realized why they did that to try and make my sandwich look bigger sense they shorted everything else that was suppose to go on it..that’s probably another reason why I didn’t get my receipt either so I wouldn’t complain…

This was a first for a Arby’s, at least for me. We stopped by for dinner and they were out of roast beef ! How does a restaurant that sells roast beef not have roast beef? We have never stopped at this location before and since you only get 1 chance to make a first impression we likely won’t be stopping by in the future.

If you go through this Arby’s drive-thru, do yourself a favor and check the bag. They’ve gotten really good at forgetting to put items in the bag. Happened to me twice within the past month. I won’t be going back. Plenty of other fast food options in the area.

Floor was sticky, charged me for 3 cheese cups, got 2 only wanted 1. Food was ok. Actually had meat on my sandwich this time. Someone may want to sweep up the dead bugs by the windows.

I’m the only one in the drive thru, I order one sandwich and I’m asked to pull forward. I ask why and this guy gets a very aggressive tone and says “because I asked you to”. In response to his horrible tone to me (a customer) I say no, I’m not moving. This guy then proceeds to threaten me with calling the police! Again, I’m the only one in the drive thru! Amazing. Why did he want me to move so bad?? Not only that but he looked a little sick and unsanitary with his mask hanging off his chin like in the picture. Probably won’t be back for a long time. This guy even says he is the manager! Just wow.
