I ordered my food for delivery. The food was on time, hot and fresh. I received everything I ordered. The wonton tacos are absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend those!

No stars at all. We were greeted after a couple of minutes by the hostess who took us to our seat. That was it. 4 waitresses passed by our table without saying hello. We were never waited on. We sat there for 15 minutes and finally left. We told the hostess what happened before walking out the door and she stood there with her mouth hanging open. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant at all. The service was poor to say the least and I definitely cannot comment on food or drinks since we were never served.

I’m from the Caribbean. I went there with my family on Thursday night at around 8:45pm. The restaurant was almost empty, some of the customers got up and leave while we were waiting to be seated. After being ignored for about 20 minutes. We were told by the waitress that the manager said they’re not seating customers anymore, when I asked why, she said they were backed up in the kitchen. I would strongly advise people of color to stay away from this applebee’s.

I ordered online at 625pm to pick up at 720pm. I checked in on the app and waited in my car for 15 minutes. I went inside and there was someone who had been waiting 30 minutes. It took a long time for anyone to ask if I needed help. I said I was waiting on an order and told them my name. I got a “oh ya that hasn’t been started yet. By this time it was 735pm. While I was waiting, the table behind where I was standing had been there for an hour as I overheard, and they still hadn’t received their food. At about 750pm they received their food, which a few of them complained that their food was cold so they had to wait for it to get reheated or recooked. The server was very apologetic to them, but it was the kitchen that was having a hard time. I finally got my food at 755pm. I’m not sure if it is a lack of leadership or staff or training, but something seriously needs to be done at this location.

Haven’t been to Applebee’s in a while due to store closings. Enjoyed this visit. Good reasonably priced food and drinks. Wish they would reopen store closer.

We waited at least 45 minutes for our food and had to listen to a fight in the kitchen(we were8 seated in the big booth close to the kitchen) Tory did as best as she could while also working the bar. One employee actually went out for a smoke as all hell was breaking loose inside. Don’t think we will be going back.

I went here with some friends today. The service was friendly, it looked clean & the music wasn’t to loud. I haven’t been to a Applebee’s for a few years but hope to come back soon. I wish they still had the Shrimp & Spinach Salad, it was my favorite. My friends got the soup & salads lunch, it looked good. I had to be different & got Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp, it was so good & juicy. As always the Onion Soup was wonderful.

I don’t like ordering food on apps because, in the past, I have not had great experiences. However, I used the online app from Applebee’s and everything turned out great. All the food was made correctly with the correct adjustments. When we picked it up, food order was ready on time and warm (or cold) as appropriate. I would definitely try again. Only suggestion is for them to make special requests or adjustments available on everything easier to access.

I had written this restaurant off but I gave them a review, talked with someone from Cust service and was assured that they heard what I was saying and that there was going to be a new manager and to give them another chance. Glad I did. The server Skye was wonderful and the food was good again. Thanks for “Being better”
