My waitress was Brittany Prince. She was very attentive to my dining needs. After ordering, I am pretty sure I had my food within 10 min. It was very fast. I had excellent service. The server was considerate, polite and had helpful suggestions! I was greeted at the door and seated within minutes as well. I will definitely be back! As a customer, I felt appreciated and valued.

Dined in on a Sunday shopping trip, we’re promptly seated by the host. She cleaned off a booth for us which I appreciate always. Caitlin promptly greeted us and took out drink order. She took out food order with a smile, and everything came out timed appropriately.

Ordered 6 oz top sirloin with green beans and coleslaw. Taste was good but I have a hard time believing it was 6 oz steak. I can count the green beans with my fingers and Coleslaw was not even a tablespoon. Used to eat at Applebees all time . But this is last time. They offered to cook another but say steak is cut at corporate.

This place needs an update. We had a booth which I didn’t want to sit in because the covering on the seat was very torn up with little edges sticking up. My husband said most of the seats were like that. I ordered the grilled chicken and shrimp with onions and mushrooms with garlic mashed potatoes. The mushrooms and onions were greasy.

First time here, it wasn’t bad at all. Wasn’t expecting too much but it was a place I knew my kids would eat at. The only complaint was the Caesar salad; it just was a bad salad. But our server Caitlin was attentive and did everything we expect out of a waitress. Good place to grab a beer and a burger tho, the burger was awesome

Our second try at this location was our last. They were out of a lot of things and food took forever to come out. It was hot when we got it, but tasteless. My son’s chicken tenders looked like they were made out of plastic. The noodles were all the same despite the dish description, and my burger was missing ingredients. My drink was watered down and tasted like it had zero alcohol. They have serious supply issues here. The only reason for 2 stars is for our server who was a sweetheart and was doing her best.

I got accepted for an interview here and sent back an email with my available times as I live 3 hours away currently. Received no email back over 2 weeks so I gave them a call at 8pm to hopefully get some answers. The manager got on the phone and before I could even finish explaining the situation she rudely interrupted and asked for my name. She then proceeded to say “sweetheart I don’t know if you understand restaurants but I’m in the middle of a rush and can’t help you.” Absolutely no professionalism and they lost a great employee. Don’t understand why being kind is so hard for people these days. Disappointed
