Most times when I’m in Jackson with my family, & friends we must stop at Applebee’s Grill + Bar. We’ve never been disappointed, their food is always on point. Just ✔ out what we ate this time. The prices are reasonable as well. When you eat here you won’t have to break the bank. They do have special at great prices. The people are very courteous, friendly, & nice & that help a lot also. To me Applebee’s Grill is a nice place to eat with your family, & friends! Enjoy, & Happy Holidays! ☃️

Our appetizers arrived with no plates or silverware. When our food arrived, we had to ask for forks because we had pasta and steak. On top of that, one of my grandsons order was messed up. He ordered something else. It was a while before we were told that they were out of what he wanted so he ordered something different AGAIN. They took a long time again to tell us that the kitchen was backed up because they were understaffed. We had to leave without his food because everyone else had finished and we were ready to go. I ordered sweet tea. You guessed right. I got unsweetened tea. Of course there was an excuse for that other than “Sorry,I made a mistake. ” I asked for a to go box. She brought two, the lid on both was too small and didn’t fit. It was just one thing after the other. It seemed like they were only interested in attending to the online orders because there was only one other table that was full and another table had only one person sitting at it. Service was the worst I had ever experienced anywhere!!! If you want food here, order online. You won’t get good service if you come inside.

I came in tonight feeling kind of down … I come into this location a lot and I have to say the manager Marta is always making sure we are taken care off. She is always respectful and friendly and engage in conversation… when she came to the table she turned my whole day around. The bartender Anija was also great. She definitely needs a good raise because she goes above and beyond.

I had the Four cheese Mac & cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders and it was bland. I added black pepper. Those tenders don’t go with that pasta. May should add broccoli.

I ordered the fajita special and was very disappointed! My server was so nonchalant. I sent the shrimp back 3 times and each time they were completely under cooked. So I was unable to eat them. She insisted that the shrimp were fully cooked…I stopped the manager to advise that the shrimp were undercooked and he stated that this is how Applebee’s serves it…we were never offered beverage refills and the service and food basically sucked. We will not be returning! TBH…they actually don’t deserve a star at all. While speaking with the manager he just cut me off stating that he would remove the charge for the shrimp and I advised him that my point in letting him know was not to get the shrimp credited because I came prepared to pay for whatever I ordered, but to make him aware that the food was being served undercooked! He didnt seem at all interested in fixing that problem.

It’s been a good while since I’ve been here. I went to Applebee’s today & I had the full rack of double glazed baby back ribs & the double crunch shrimp with fries & cole slaw. The food was very tasty & hot & the service was on point as well… You gone need extra, extra napkins eating those ribs, trust me on that.

The waitress was great. She paid attention to our needs and the only things we had to ask for were the to go plates and cups. I gave a three because the stall in the women restroom was very small and hard to use for a tall person.
