They did amazing. We showed up with no reservations and a table of 15. We had part of the softball team go to eat after a game. We had the most fantastic waiter named Jake (from state farm) is how we remembered him, he did everything perfectly from the drinks to the food and everything in between, he was absolutely the best. Everyone’s food was on point and we had no issues at all. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area. Thank you

My salmon was pretty good. I sat at the bar. I asked for salt and pepper and I was given a handful of to‐go little packets. Really? I can’t get a salt shaker? Here’s a tip, when a customer orders, give him everything he’ll need before his food is delivered. I ate half my potatoes before I got salt and pepper.

Terrible experience tonight, a party of 7. Told hostess we didn’t want round booth, obviously she misunderstood and when the rest of our party came she took us to the round booth. Told her we didn’t want that, needed a table. She flipped her hand at us and told us to go stand ” over there” so we went back to the front to wait. Nothing was being done to get a table for us and others were seated. Then a man ( manager/shift manager)came over and we tried to explain the problem but he wasn’t interested in listening so my husband we can go somewhere else if it’s problem. He still wasn’t listening so again my husband said we can leave and this manager/shift manager pretty much told us to leave. We had an issue several months ago with management and didn’t go back for some time. There are lots of places to eat in Inverness and that is one that’s off our list. They have some very good servers but the attitude of the hostess and management need some improvement.

Service was horrible! Jessica avoided our table, leaving us with empty glasses. Hamburgers were overcooked. Sat waiting for our bill so long the rest of my party left before she ever brought the check. Knowing how long I was waiting, she blamed the manager for detaining her. I believe he was probably telling her of other complaints he has received. Will never come back to this location.

This is the last time I will go to this place. I am an oxygen user and asked if it was possible to sit close to the door during my first visit. The hostess gave me a dirty look and sat us where we wanted. The second time we visited I asked again. She gave me the same look and said something about waitresses and rotation and sat us as far away from the door as possible. My husband was furious! There was people sitting where we wanted to sit and the booths after that were empty. There was no reason to make us sit so far away from the door. I assumed a place of business would try to accommodate the customer.

The service was remarkable…the waitress was very helpful with everything. Food was pretty good my steak had a lot of gristle they took it off our bill which was awesome! We had Strawberry drinks that where very tasty. We did sit outside for it was a beautiful day. I really did enjoy my lunch with my friend It was groovy!!! BUT no room for deserts… Bummer’s

Our server was great. However, it took two and a half hours to get our food, and when we did it was cold. Half our party left 90 minutes in to the wait after the manager literally screamed at them on the floor for getting frustrated that people that had come in after us had gotten their food, eaten, paid, and left and we still did not have ours. The rest of us waited for the food because surely it couldnt be much longer. Over an hour later our food finally came out and most of it was too cold to eat. Management in this location is a train wreck. Yes, there was a big event (HS Graduation in a small town) but 2.5 hours for food is INSANE, especially after watching multiple other parties eat pay and leave while we sat around. You could not pay me to go back to this location.
