We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I brought my father-in-law out since he was visiting from Scotland. First, we were informed that our infant daughter couldn’t sit in the high chair because it was a fire hazard. It took over an hour to get our food, and the salmon was raw (the manager told us it was “rare”). The chicken parmesan smelled like feet with barely any sauce, the grilled chicken was dry, and the salad was prepared incorrectly. One of the salads was completely missing. The wings were good, though.
We complained to the manager (Kristy), but she refused to give me her last name. She was completely rude and barked at us, saying she didn’t owe us anything and that the food was perfect, if the children hadn’t been with us this confrontation would’ve went a completely different direction. We had a $100 bill, and we still had to go home and cook. I highly recommend you all avoid this location and possibly go to the Crystal River location. We will not be returning. Our server Amelia was awesome though, still left a tip for her.

Burgers were soooo good. Everything was hot, served well. Server was awesome.
Update: Well, here it is, just a matter of weeks later & oh, how things change. We asked for our burgers to be rare. They were completely well done aka tasteless. The fries were not only tepid but old & dried out, like they’d sat awhile. The female who brought our food literally placed it on the table & walked away. There was no offer of condiments or anything else. My husband had an empty beer glass in front of him & there it sat. I was never offered a refill of my soda though my drink had been consumed. There were very long waits in between visits from our server who made no attempt to rectify the situation other than to say, oh, sorry. I really thought things were looking up but sadly, this Applebee’s is just as bad as the rest of them. Sign me #disappointed.

Today I stopped to eat at this restaurant in Inverness. The atmosphere was nice, but the food service was terrible. The food was cold, and I waited more than 30 minutes without any explanation. I explained the situation to the waitress, Barbara, who was very attentive, but it’s not fair to pay for cold food and have to wait so long to be served. I urge the management to address this issue, as this kind of behavior negatively impacts the reputation of the Applebee’s restaurant chain. Customers pay for good service and quality. I spent $58.55 today, not including the waitress’s tip, only to receive this level of service

If I could give 0 stars for food and service by the manager I would. We eat here often and it’s always hit or miss but not like tonight. Tonight we were served burnt to a charcoal crisp chicken and rare steak that was cold to the touch that was supposed to be medium. After taking 10 mins to have a manager come to us, we ate out mashed potatoes and he looked at our plates and said since we ate half he will charge half. Not even let me get you a new piece of chicken or anything. He offered us a free desert. Then when handed the bill for half of the cost my card was charged for 10$ more than the half cost. He then blamed it on the server. Really ashamed at the manager and his way to treat his employees and customers.

Yummy food. 50 cent boneless wings where bomb Whisky bacon burger was perfect. Queso was loaded with jalapeños so way too spicy. The Chips were lacking. But I loved my captain morgan shark bowl drink. Our waitress was amazing… She was so busy trying to run the crowded bar answer the phone and wait tables. Yet she still managed to take great care of us.

Very disappointed. Paid extra for extra celery for our appetizer and didn’t get any celery at all much less the extra. Paid extra for onion rings $4.67 as a side instead of standard fries and we got 5 rings.
This was our first tine using door dash and I don’t mind paying for the convenience however I do expect the order to be right and the serving to be adequate.
It’s been a long time since we ate out or even at Applebees for that matter and this was supposed to be a treat. I’m really not impressed

Lashika was amazing and she was the sweetest soul ever. She served her drinks perfectly and very efficiently. Guess we’re walking in 15 minutes before close and she still treated them with a courtesy. We can’t wait to visit her again!!

Went for birthday dinner for our daughter. The food was great. Cant say the same for our server. Shexwas not very pleasant, and seemed to to like her job. We ate on the patio as the restaurant was freezing.

The 2 for $25 menu items are a great value. I usually order the burger, fries and salad. The meal is always prepared well and is very filling. Staff is friendly but, if you happen to be there during a rush period, it can seem to be slightly understaffed. The value is there for me since it’s fresh and just cooked, in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. For slightly more money, it’s a much better experience than a full blown fast food restaurant. Sign up for the rewards program and get a free dessert on your birthday!

Good place for food, never really had problems here! My go-to is the honey pepper chicken mac & cheese, definitely recommend! You get a lot for the price, it’s very worth it in my opinion… only thing I’ll knock is some times the service isn’t the best, even during casual hours and not dinner/rush hour. Other than that, this is a nice place to visit with friends or family!
