Absolutely outstanding. Fresh hot food, great service, and all served with a smile. Great restaurant placement as this location is located next to a shopping plaza, and Walmart facility. Easily seeable as the restaurant is right next to the highway, and within Town limits of Lebanon, Va. Must go to for locals and ventures alike.

The food and service was excellent. The mixed drinks were made wonderful just how you ask. My only complaint is with the signs, the big outside sign is not lit up any, you can’t even tell if it’s open from the road. From the back it looks closed down. When you drive to the front the only way to know for sure is to look in the windows and see other cars in the parking lot. It really needs to be fixed they would get more business. People from out of town don’t know that they are still open. Also they needed to sweep the floor a little. But their food is great they have added new stuff to the menu and the staff is very nice and really care that you’re satisfied.

My food was really good but my fiance’s food was undercooked. Service was very poor. Was seated and then forgotten. Were told we would receive 10% off meal due to being forgotten and then eventually had to ask for our salads and appetizer because we were forgotten again. Finally got our meals and after eating had to hunt down a server because ours went missing in action. Received our bill and discovered no 10% discount had been applied. Had to hunt down someone again who finally checked us out. We received $10 off but it was a very tiresome experience.

My wife and I went out to eat with her parents. We had a wonderful experience. The cook sent out some food that was overcooked and we never made any comments about it. But the cook insisted he make us a new order. Sydney B was an awesome server and took very good care of us. Thanks Applebee’s!

Our experience SUCKED today. First, our table was sticky like someone spilt a drink all over it and hadnt cleaned it, our food was awful. My steak was RAW and still cold on the inside. My macaroni and cheese had no sauce. It was only plain noodles, with shredded cheese on top which was also not melted. We asked for the manager, and she would not come out to see us. The waiter only offered to reheat the steak, which was only the second time she came to our table. I had asked her for A1, a steak knife and had to go to another table to get the A1 and knife because she never brought it. We will NEVER go back here again! 55 dollars for garbage food and service.

Food was good but service was terrible. Our waitress Kassie P. brought us water and was pretty much done after that. We wanted to order drinks but never could get her attention. She put in my order wrong and the waitress that brought our food had to fix it. Once our food was right it took us 15 minutes until we got Kassie’s attention to bring us silverware. The rest of the staff was great but our waitress made our experience terrible.

Went to Applebee’s in Lebanon today and it was terrible. The only thing good about this experience was the waitress. Got a strawberry grilled chicken salad, or should I say onion salad. Looked like it had 3 cups of onions on the salad. Needless to say I left it with them. To pay that much for food I felt I was totally ripped off. Will never go back

Every time I eat here, the table is dirty, the waiters are rude and the food always has a problem. Had chicken alfredo one time and the alfredo sauce tasted like chemicals!!!!! Had a house salad tonight with a black slimy substance on the lettuce that looked like either tobacco spit or just old and am pretty sure I have food poisoning. This place is the worst place to eat at hands down.

This place sucks! The service was more worried about her car. They were out of the 12 ounce steak and I had to get a manager to come over to ask if could get half off for taking a 6 ounce. Then when I got the check the half off of $16.48 was -$7.99, that leaves ¢25 to them. This isn’t my first bad experience at many Applebee’s and hopefully it will be my last.
