It was not clean it’s not bad we asked for ketchup for the cold french fries. We ordered cheese fries and we got Cole nacho cheese. We asked for ranch dressing for the wings and they don’t have it. They didn’t have ketchup they didn’t have salt and pepper. it was an awesome horrible experience the most horrible us that we’ve had and we’ve been on the road for like 10,000 miles stopping and traveling in the work in our RV this was not the best worlds. Best wings.

I came here for lunch and ordered lemon pepper wings and a chicken rice bowl. The wings were made fresh, well seasoned, and nice sized. I was not expecting such a punch of flavor! They weren’t greasy and soggy but actually had a crispy texture. The customer service was good as well. Their menu’s are very well presented and offer a LOT of options!

I went there to get some cheese fries for myself, and I also bought some catfish for my mom. She really enjoyed her catfish, and has been back to get more. On the other hand, my cheese fries were not good. I had to keep adding salt, and pepper, which only made it tolerable, but still not good! The younger guy who was working the front that night, (4/28/23), was nice, and friendly, but the older one of the two wasn’t nice, nor friendly, nor personable! They forgot to put the cheese on my cheese fries, and when I called back, he remembered that they’d forgotten, but, he told me they would replace them, and then he hung up on me without giving me a chance to say anything else! His in person attitude and nasty telephone attitude definitely lost him one customer!

If I can rate him zero I would. Before I arrived the manager lied and tried to overcharge me the price of the two pieces fish for the exact price of a three piece. When I asked him about other prices, he hung up on me. I was just sitting in the parking lot. When I walked in, ordered and paid for the two piece meal, he was rude, banged on his counter very loud just to ask me to move from the area you place your order. No one else was coming in and any one with common sense would know to move if anyone needed to order. I demanded my money back twice before he gave it back. I will never buy from them again. Make sure he does not rip you off like he tried to do me. This happened in Hopewell not the Petersburg restaurant.

This establishment has become my go to at time when I am needing a good meal. The customer service is splendid and I wouldn’t say that I have a bad thing to say about this business. Foaiz is very respectful and assist all the time when I come in to order and he never disappoints. The rest of the workers also play their part working diligently to prepare and serve all meals on the order log. So, a very special thanks to them all.

Chicken wings are good and crispy, hot. They are busy and you have to wait so ordering ahead is your best bet! I ordered online and only waited 5 minutes or so.
