Figured I’d treat ourselves too some local great tasting chicken. Instead, I spent entirely too much money on chicken that you needed to soak up the grease to enjoy. The chicken didn’t look to be properly cooked.
Then, I noticed that they had the health inspector walking around. After doing a little research, come to find out.. this is the second time, that they’ve failed the health inspection. The customer service, seemed to be very disrespectful.
I will further do business with other local businesses. To whom is reading this, enjoy at your own risk.

The food was overall good. Service was ok, but could have been better in some way… I think the food could have been put together more neatly and the atmosphere which also relies on service from employees could have had cleaner tables and some lighting was flickering. A typical but not exceptional KFC experience. The one thing I did like is that it wasn’t overly cold inside and as it was a rainy day that was welcomed.

Order was cold and 75% wrong, got ignored for 10 mins at the counter, waited 20 mins for the right food, and caught an attitude from the “manager “ working. I believe I heard someone call her Olivia. This place has turned into a joke over the last year. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

By far the best KFC I have ever been too!! And I’ve been to hundreds! Kyla was the best worker I could’ve been severed by she was very sweet and kind and has a lot of cool pins! I would highly recommend coming here if you’re wanting a nice family restaurant!

My husband just brought home a Cheesy Nuggy Gravy Bowl. Sooo disappointed!! A small handful of soggy fries, 3 cheese curds, 3 or 4 SMALL nuggets and the only gravy might have been a teaspoonful at the bottom of the bowl. I’ve had issues with the food at KFC in the past, but decided to try again. This is the last time! Totally NOT as advertised, and really inedible. It went directly into the trash.

This is the most horrible KFC I ever ate at. None of my food was fresh, I had to ask for the condiments I ordered at the speaker before I left the window… They didn’t give me my mash potatoes and gravy that was supposed to came with my wife’s meal. All my potatoes wedges in my meal were cold which seemed like it contained fries and potatoe wedges that had been made all day. I had 2 mountain dews that were watered down as if they were pre made earlier. Just a horrible place I hope I don’t get sick but I tried to eat some of it because I was out of 30 dollars. If general manager or owner has wind of the way this place is ran it should be shut down… I will never try this or any KFC again because of my experience here… ever!!!

I ordered 3 items online and was charged for 3. They didn’t have the chocolate chip cake. They were totally okay knowing I was walking out of the store with only 2 items having paid for 3. I think I’ve finally learned my lesson. Never again with this location.

I placed my order at the kiosk inside and chose the option to pay cash.
I’m glad that the employees showed up to work, but you sure can’t make someone friendly if they aren’t. The young woman didn’t seem keen on helping me.

Was there tonight, they had closed the dine in well over half an hour before they were supposed to close. I mean door was locked and all the workers were jacking around on they’re phones. Than when we went around the back and used the drive through, the windows worker threw half my change on the ground. Horrible service. Never been treated like this before.
