Was in a good mood and went through the drive thru only to be served with unprovoked rudeness and an extra side of blatant attitude. It wasn’t busy either so not sure why they were pushing frustrations onto customers. Won’t be back.

My wife order chicken tenders, they gave her normal chicken, she went back and offered to give it back and to get what she ordered. They told her she couldn’t take it back and she has to pay again for what she ordered, even after they admitted it was their mistake!!! What a joke making some one else pay for your own mistakes.

I just went through the drive through. I didn’t get my receipt and I also didn’t get the sauces for my chicken tenders that I asked for. In addition, the tea was murky and I couldn’t drink it! Finally, I didn’t receive honey or margarine for my biscuit. I hate eating dry food!!!

I asked if there were utensils in the bag, she said I think so as I was going to eat it in the parking lot. Of course there were none on the bag so had to go back through the drive through!
