Not been in this place in few years ! It Had strong smell of bleach! Some would say good but I feel could been hiding smell. Half front service line was broken. Not many topping what was there was not fresh looking! Kinda gave you odd feeling? Since half service kind out of order? Should been closed until everything cold/ hot or working! No subway smells! Nothing! Need get store working! Would not go back unless I smell food, score # goes up!!!!

They do NOT wash their hands!! This is the 3rd time I’ve witnessed this and I will never eat there again!!! I had to tell the lady to wash her hands before coming from outside and straight to the front to prepare food and she got an attitude. A lady walked out after a guy came straight from the back and bypassing the sink to prepare her food. I can only imagine how they handle the food in the back where nobody can see

No pita bread, toster doesn’t worm, wow, just a really bad experience here. You guys only make sub sandwiches; the very least we could ask for is it toasted. We ordered white and they gave stale wheat with bad lettuce. Not even worth eating. Tried a bite and threw it out. Sucks for almost 10 dollars each really…just grrrrr..

Do Not Go To This Subway If You Want Your Sandwich made correctly.
I am close to this subway so order often as it is convenient. I have had 3 orders that have been straight up wrong when preordered. I will never come back to this one. I should have to fix an issue that I didn’t create. The better subway is the gibsonville subway.

Do not come here. I ordered 3 footlong sandwiches. I had a coupon/promotion for buy 2 footlongs, get on 1 footlong free. When getting ready to pay I told them that I wanted to use the coupon/promotion. The lady at the register told me that their coupon machine was broken. Never heard of that in my life for any Subway I have been to, ever. If there is a promotion, they usually apply it without you having to request it. Also when I got the sandwiches home, they had a thin layer of meat. A footlong has way more meat on it than that. My husband was not happy when he saw the sandwiches. This was my first time coming to this location. Needless to say we will NEVER come back to this location EVER again. I noticed some good reviews but a good bit of were about two years ago. It seems that management has changed and not for the better. You are better off going to the McDonald’s next door. Don’t waste your time and money coming to this location. At the rate, they are going, they will not be in business long.

It looks like this place is having money issues. Out of chips,over half the drinks on the fountain were out and they were out of several sandwich toppings. Employees were very nice. I get scared of restaurants in financial trouble. Maybe we wait that extra day to throw out expired food. Not saying they do but it’s a personal red flag.
