Surprisingly very good. I’m usually not a huge fan of gelato, but the flavors they had were amazing. I do feel like the serving size is a bit small for the price, but the flavor more than makes up for it, plus the ability to choose multiple flavors.

Wow! Amara Gelato is so flavorful. I am so impressed we have a local gelato shop in Midland. The staff is extremely friendly. Store is super clean and cool. There are many flavor choices. My favorite so far is “Maximo”. Chocolate is a close second. We will be back to try the crepes. Gelato made in-house.

I ordered through Postmates delivery, sadly 4 out of 4 items were either wrong or missing all together. The 2 pints of ice cream were missing completely. The lemon crepe that was ordered became a chocolate covered crepe and the apple pie crepe had no ice cream. However I did taste it and the flavor was good..if only they could have taken the time to fill my order correctly especially since it was paid for in advance and a hassle to try to get fixed. With me still not receiving what I ordered.

I had the honey lavender and strawberry kiwi, they were so good the young lady at the counter was so sweet and patient with my husband and I since it was our first time, aesthetically pleasing inside too! I like that it was not overly large portions and you can get 2 flavors in a small cup unlike other places where you’d only be able to get one. Can’t wait to go back!

I really want to give this place 5 stars, but it’s in need of a serious deep clean. The tables and floors are sticky. The windows are filthy. The service is….two snacking teenagers who don’t notice they are stepping on dirty rags on the floor. I paid cash, and the woman tried to give me $17 extra dollars when she owed me a buck and some change. Needs some improvement. We live the Gelato. Don’t let the atmosphere get ruined because of lack of housekeeping please.

Been coming here since 2021, and it’s been a great experience! I love their gelato, and lately I been getting apple pie crepe a lot and their coffee. It’s super pretty inside (which is important to me). Overall, definitely one love.

Terrible owner. Terrible management. No training. Back door blocked limiting access to front door. Has 15 year olds closing alone and walking through the parking lot by three bars to take out garbage at 11pm. Or they can have their parent drive it to a dumpster.
