Took an hour drive to try this place out and it was well worth it. The food is NUTRITIONALLY AMAZING. My favorite was the Oyster Mushrooms and the Supreme Burro Fries. I also had the Butternut Squash Burgah and it was filled with flavor. I sat in the parking lot ate all my food then had to go back and order another oyster mushroom for my hour drive back home lol. They’re amazing! Alkaline Bites is the absolute best for two reasons:

Staff was very friendly, the truck was clean, 6 menu was very clear-cut on ingredients. The food is absolutely delicious , Alkaline Bites is my favorite food truck. If you’re looking for something healthy but good this is your truck. The owners were also very knowledgeable about alkalinity life-style and different herbs.

We are from Wilmington and just found this excellent food truck on our way home from Sanford today. I had the Garbanzo Bean burger and my wife had the Electric Power Salad and they were both very good! We will definitely try them again!

They have a food truck at reds corner in Southern Pines and the food is phenomenal! There are limited options for vegan foods in this area so we were excited to see them! Even meat eaters will enjoy! We had the electric banana fries which were flavorful, crispy and tasted just like french fries.

I don’t live near here. I come to visit family. My mom and I wanted to stop and get food. It was such a cute place! The staff was nice and helpful in helping me decide what to have. The food was amazing. I had the Electric Supreme Burro Banana Fries. They are really great. I definitely will be going back again each time I come out this way to see family!
