The fried pickles and ranch were thebest! My chicken strips and fries were good but my husband wasn’t impressed with the chicken fry and mashed potatoes. The staff was very friendly and even though my family said the unsweetened tea wasn’t that great, the sweet tea I had was pretty good. Did I mention they had the good ranch?

Ailey cafe is a lot better then what you would think when you walk in. I myself only get one thing every time. The employees are really nice and fun to be around.while one of the employees even make the ranch. It is much better than store bought. The fries are then but are not very crispy ,while everything else is cooked well.

We had a cheeseburger and hand cut fries, fried pickles and a slice of pie. Everything was delicious! Love seeing this place thriving again, as it was a frequent stop throughout my childhood after a fun day on the lake. The menu is better than ever. Great service. We will be back soon!

Stopped by on a road trip after visiting Grand Lake. I had the roast beef with cornbread, beans, and coleslaw. Everything was perfect. Tasty comfort food. Just like eating in your grandma’s kitchen. It was busy but they got our food out very fast. Excellent customer service. Seemed family run and I loved the atmosphere.

Keep driving by. Not worth your stop. Service was rude. Didn’t clean our table. Took over an hour for two breakfasts. Have been once before and the food was bad so I didn’t return for a year, tried to give them another chance it this will be my last chance I give them. Wish them the best.

Under new ownership. Now is Ailees and Jess was there today. Great guy and an experienced chef, himself. We have dined there a few times and each meal has been a wonderful meal and experience. I will recommend it to everyone.

We love Aileys! Its just a small hometown diner with made from scratch food. Their omelets are good, and huge. The onion rings are the best around! One of our favorite waitresses Janice works here, give it a shot, you won’t regret it.

Good small town food and great serving sizes. Wait staff was on top of drink refills and checked in often without being bothersome or interrupting conversation. Worth a meal or two even without a view of the damn!
