Pleasantly surprised by the delicious food at The Bar in Summerlin. We had sandwiches – huge Cuban and also a Pastrami on marbled rye. Fresh and tasty with generous portions of crispy fries and tater tots. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to eat here and you can watch all sports too!

Jaime is our favorite waiter here in town. He is fast, friendly and funny! We always feel welcomed and valued when he is helping us. His attention to detail is impeccable. He even remembers me and my friends special order! Delicious pot roast. He is a breath of fresh air in the service industry since covid days. He even came out as we were leaving to give me the sweater I forgot at the table. Gracias! Great vibe and cozy atmosphere. The delicious food is top notch. Until next time…

I ordered a watermelon margarita and these women know how to make amazing drinks!! I did not have to order a bunch to feel something! I would recommend the strawberry and the watermelon margaritas. The steak was delicious and the Cajun chicken pasta was super good as well.. We came here on vacation and we would definitely check out the spot again when we come back!! also the environment is very pretty and very big

The past few times we’ve been here, Liz has been rude to me. Not sure why since I make it a point to be very nice to everyone. I’ve tried to engage in friendly conversation with her, but she is expressionless & acts impatient, especially if I ask for food recommendations. After our third unplesant encounter with her, I told another male server that I did not want her to continue with us. He was very kind & took our order & was attentive & apologetic. We haven’t been back to this location (Grand Canyon) because I don’t want to feel the stress of someone being unkind to me. We generally like the food & the atmosphere there, but it isn’t likely that we’ll return. One person can really ruin the experience. Perhaps Liz should be nice to EVERYONE & work on her disposition prior to approaching dining customers. She was nicer to people at the bar. I guess having to wait tables that day made her pissy & we were victims of her unhappiness. What a shame.

Then we met Britney with a joyful hello. That was followed by excellent attention and stewardship of service to get me recharged in so many ways.
My phone, my spirits, my hunger all resolved and enjoyed the music and the soccer games on the great positioned screens.
I was so impressed with Rick’s meal he served to us and his great demeanor and pleasant attitude.
Thanks again Britney for your beautiful grace and kind ❤️ heart.

We are visiting from Pittsburgh, PA and staying at a nearby resort. Decided to try this place because it was close. WOW! What a gem! In 13 days, we’ve done two take out nights and one in-house lunch today. Food and drinks have been FANTASTIC! The Cadillac Margaritas were delicious! We strongly recommend if you are anywhere in the Las Vegas area, please try one of their seven restaurants. Love love love the food, staff and atmosphere.

Definitely a hidden gem tucked along Grand Canyon & Flamingo. We had a wonderful, fun bartender named Lindsay. She made us 2 spicy specialty cocktails and we ordered Mac n cheese bites & a burger that all tasted incredible. Our 1st experience at The Bar, and we will be back again soon
